CTF221: How to Make Felt Hearts

With Valentine's Day fast approaching, these little felt hearts are a cute decoration or a lovely, unique Valentine. The little hearts fit right into country or farmhouse decor and look charming year round. Use your imagination on color schemes and designs. There are tons of examples for inspiration online. Don't limit yourself to designs of just hearts! Look for inspiration in other crafts to design your hearts. I used a design from flickr from misseskwittys on Old Fashioned Birdy Valentines to design one of my hearts. I used a design found on an antique water bottle cover for another. The possibilities are limitless! Don't sew? Buy the hearts with the little heart holes ("lacy appearance") and thread a ribbon through, stuff and tie the bow to close it at the top. Use adhesive felt shapes to decorate the outside!
