Bringing a pro super -heavyweight arm wrestlers to face the public is crazy bruh. Would've been interesting to bring in pro lightweights to beat bigger guys with ease

I love these videos. No one is going to beat a decent heavyweight armwrestler. If you get a good 70kg armwrestler some giant might turn up and make it a match, also its more impressive seeing some smaller dude destroying body builders or just big powerful guys who dont know the sport.

Tried the Morsia app,
I liked how spread out and in depth it was, couldn't see a warm up session on some of the programs though, deadlifting on powerlifting program for example you do 1x1 at max folllowed by 3x6 at %'s, no reference to warming up at all, I know most people should know it but some beginners don't...
Anyway, loved the video and the content is sick as always

Arm wrestling is abit about strength obviously, but its like 70% technique that the average person has no clue about. Plus the guys a HW so going to be bigger than the majority of ppl in the first place.

Should have done yourself as level 1, then amateur and then the pro heavy weight. This was just sad. Ive been to my 5th tournament and even I could stand in the streets and taken several people and I'm not pro.

that arm wrestling dude was most of the time not playing fair. He pushed his upper body weight against his opponent. The strenght should be coming out of the arm, not the upper body weight

Even someone as big as Brian Shaw wouldnt have a chance against him. You basically have to be enormous in size and also one of the best arm wrestlers in the world to have a chance against him

If you weigh 100kg but your arm can only handle 30kg, your opponent is only going to feel 30kg not 100kg. Your opponent could be 70kg but would still beat you if his arm can handle 40kg..
I can't believe so many ppl are unaware of this basic physics. Ur pulling with your arm bent & pulling backwards so it is up to the strength of your arm that dictates how much force ur actually exerting regardless of bodyweight.
