NAVEE S65 Electric Scooter Review : Ride to Miami Beach
HTML-код
- Опубликовано: 6 сен 2023
- I got a new scooter and took it out for a ride to Miami Beach and back to Downtown Miami. The NAVEE S65 has an 500w Rear Motor with a 40 mile max range and travels at up to 20 MPH. It also has dual suspension and a great option for traveling around.

Ain't u supposed to stop at red lights lmao
I ran many red lights. You’re supposed to obey the rules of the road but it is social norm on a scooter to proceed if you do not obstruct traffic or put yourself or others in harm’s way. The police do not usually enforce red light violations against people riding scooters. There were drivers in this video who drove faster than the speed limit, and pedestrians ignoring traffic control devices too but I didn’t see them get cited.
Woohoo for another e-scooter ride! 🛴 The motor noise is a bit loud compared to your Segway Ninebot, and the unsecured latch is definitely not safe for carrying. Thank you for your honest review and for this scenic ride through the Venetian and Mac Arthur Causeways, AK! 🤗
You're welcome! It's a loud and heavy scooter, and I don't think I would recommend it for people who need to transport it often.
I'm liking it my NYC friend ActionKid with your NAVEE S65 E-scooter! Excellent!
Oooh I want a scooter!
That e-scooter🛴looks great and it feautures like the suspension looked great , few things shoud be adjusted to work little better like that latch otherwise that scooter seems quite solid ride 😎But the ride itself seems quite smooth😎Thank you for sharing this review A K🙂👍!!!
Much appreciated! It's a good scooter but needs several improvements. The latch is a major con to this scooter for sure.
The scooter is a bit loud sound to it . but cool , great suspension
Yes it's a loud scooter but the suspension is great!
33:00 the shirtless guy in the white cap was flexing as hard as he could 😂😂
This will be a great way to see the city
very nice and nice to have, thanks.😊

He has one already and a nice E Bike

I know but it is a great way to see the city
if you don't want to drive a car.😊👍
It's a great option to travel with
Great in depth review , you covered just about everything 😊
Much appreciated!
Thank you for your great action ❤
You're welcome, thanks for watching!
Thanks for an honest review!
Much appreciated!
Thank you for sharing this great scooter drive ActionKid👍🇺🇸🏝️🏖️
Much appreciated!
Thank you for your travel videos .God keep you safe and well. I really enjoy your videos.
Awesome AK 😊I love my eskooter to I’m on number 5 they are great & hope you enjoy your new ride 😊 it’s loud but it’s cool
A.K. I know this comment is not pertaining to the subject of the video but I noticed that Miami and Miami Beach has a very bad drainage issue with heavy rain. I think the city needs to contact public works department to send out groups of employees from roads and drainage to clean out the drains on the side of the roads especially the areas that flood every time you get rain. Especially during hurricane season. I live in Atlanta and we do the same thing.
That's right, Miami-Dade county has a bad issue with flooding.
Nice , beautiful Miami 😍
Seems to be a very adequate scooter for the price point. Nice ride n review. Thanks👋🏽
You're welcome, I think it's a good scooter but it definitely needs improvement!
Awesome. Good luck with your scooter!😊
Thank you very much
@@ActionKid Most welcome!
You do realize you have to stop at red lights in Florida
Florida Bike Laws that apply to E-Scooters Include:
E-Scooter riders must obey all the same traffic rules as drivers of other vehicles including stopping for stop signs, red lights, traveling with the flow of traffic.

You need to use good judgement. AK uses good judgement and does not put himself or others in harms way. You do realize he knows what you are saying.
That motor noise is really annoying.
There are far quieter scooters out there.
I agree!
Good Thursday Evening My Friend IAM Hoping That Your Day Was Rejoicing I Really Like Your Scooter You Should Let Me Ride😊 Just Kidding Much Blessings And Love Always Ms British Gray From Tampa Florida ❤
Thank you for watching!
Almost fast enough for 95 lol better keep your Camry huh 🤣 nice scooter AK!
Dear AK, thanks for the very nice review on your new e-scooter, but we don't have this type of transporter in India😊
Xiaomi does not make Segway scooters. Ninebot owns Segway and Xiaomi is part owner of Ninebot.
Ninebot is the one that manufactured the previous Xiaomi models, Navee is part owned by Xiaomi but separate from Ninebot.
The Navee scooters are being manufactured by a company called Brightway.
Thanks for clarifying!
What next, “Your Pillow” review?
No, they haven't contacted me.
No, the ringer volume is perfect for me. The scooter bell is designed to gently ring from afar and ask pedestrians to give way on a narrow sidewalk. In all other cases, when the scooter is already close, it should silently and delicately go around pedestrians. Because when pedestrians hear a loud bell in the back, they get scared. You can not do it this way. This creates an uncomfortable, nervous environment in the city for pedestrians, on their legal territory (pedestrian sidewalk). The bell on the scooter is not intended to prevent accidents (it is the scooter's job to carefully avoid pedestrians without disturbing them, because in comparison, pedestrians are essentially stationary objects for a fast scooter).
You have quite the collection of scooters. What do you do with the old ones? Do you keep them or get rid of them?
I deal with each one on an individual basis
Deadlifts!
McLaren exotic car @ 52:54!
Good catch!
it's a shame the height of handle bar cant go up or down lower.
Helmet? ❤
I was wearing a helmet when I started riding to Miami Beach.
I didn't know that you could ride next to the highway like that. I have never seen that in California! Do you think you would buy that scooter?
Yes, they have a bike lane on the causeway here. I wouldn't buy this scooter because of the latch not being very secure.
Can you recommend a brand/model (small street/off-road) electric trike?
Sorry, I don't have experience with electric trikes.
@@ActionKid Thanks for the response Ken, I hope you're doing well!
There's a lot of potential for scooter trikes usage especially with large retirement communities in FL. Transitioning from pedal-assisted trikes to electric assisted is an untapped market for both seniors & with limited mobility. If you can do colabs with these scooter designers/manufacturers to test their prototypes IRL day-to-day conditions would be a plus to your channel. Best of luck Ken and keep up the good work!
the problem with these is that if they break.... you're walking 10-20 miles back to your house or car.
Scooters, please do not ring the bell for pedestrians crossing the crosswalk. Firstly, you must yield, and secondly, even outside a pedestrian crossing, pedestrians should have priority always and everywhere because they are the slowest and most unprotected.
It's a bit loud for me, i get easily irritated by these sounds lmfao.
The S65 scooter looks nice and handles well over bumps because of the suspension system; however, the poor design on the latching system is enough of a reason for me not to buy one. I can just see me or you trying to carrying a 60 lb. scooter up the stairs to the Metro Mover and the scooter unlatches! Someone needs to be fired.
Thanks for an honest review!
You're welcome!
