I'm recovering from a broken foot , 8 weeks since breaking the 5th metatarsal. I bought the Classic. Since being unable to walk any distance, I've lost considerable muscle tone(being 63 doesn't hasn't helped either). So I bought the machine because it's low impact and the small footprint (I live in a tiny house). My questions are; how should I place my feet? would cycling shoes, without the spds installed, be better than a regular tennis shoes?

I’ve reached 170-175 on the hardest days and not even doing what she is doing cause ... lack condition and obesity... 170 is even more than I use to acheive on the gym after 40 minutes running

I’d go with a padded running shoe and make sure your dr says it’s ok for you

When on the MaxiClimber should I be leaning in or straight up?
Posture should be tall.. the hand bars prevent you from leaning in to closely. Do not lean back

Gris Lauren i use wd40 around wheels n poles frequently. Also may have change out wheels once while when chips. Call customer service for new wheels
