I'm really impressed by how much of the emotional dynamics Abi picked up on that is missed by so many others (including myself on the first watch). Especially Kawai. Immediately saw her dark side. And the teacher. Apparently, the Manga shows this much better. Ueno had a point, though badly expressed. Initially, Shoko was not listening to other people. She would just plowed through assuming everything was her fault. This put peoples' back up.

Important translation error. on the bridge after ishida wakes up. he tells nishimiya " i want to help you live" but actually the correct translation is " i want you to help me live" and i find the correct translation so much more powerful because shoya saying that to shoko gives her meaning in a time where she thinks that shoyo would be better off if she was dead. and hes basically saying he wants her to be alive and help him to live. i find that so much more beautiful than such a basic line of " i want to help you live"
One crucial (and annoying) note - the most important line in the movie is mistranslated here. I was honestly so glad this movie did not focus on the romance aspect as it went on, it felt much more personal, like it's speaking directly to the viewer and trying to send a message, rarely do I feel that emotionally invested to tear up with stories but this movie (and specifically the final scene with all the X's falling off) has managed that, such a good ride to reflect back on since the last time I watched it, fantastic reaction!
i agree but i do wish the very ending scene was the same as the manga were it shows them holding hands walking into class reunion cause it shows that they not only found happiness but found it in each other and thats beautiful
It's nice to see someone noticing Kawai and the teacher also being awful instead of only focusing on Ueno (who's not off the hook, but at least she's upfront). Sure they are kids, but playing the convenient high ground when you've been enabling bullying all along is just as bad.
The scene in the rain with Shoya and Yuzuru breaks me every time, the resentment Yuzuru has towards Shoya at that moment for his past actions to put that aside and feel compassion and empathy immediately for that person after they say "they don't deserve to live" despite what they've done to their love one is just so moving and why I love Yuzuru's character. Shoya pulling down the umbrella blocking their eye contact, Yuzuru's slow eye scan of Shoyas face. You cann't help but just applaud the animators how they capture that emotion in just few frames, makes me cry every single time.
Every character in this movie (with the exceptions of Yuzuru and Nagatsuka, who are sassy little cherubs and I love them) are on the same path, and indeed on the same journey... but they're all at different places, and moving at different speeds, and for different reasons. Shoya, being our protagonist, has the most complete journey, that we see from beginning to end; it is nuanced, and shaded with subtlety (did you notice his flickering interest when he learned that you can talk with your hands?). Ueno is the easiest parallel, because her journey is almost exactly the same... except she's several steps behind; by the end of the movie, she's only just starting to get past her guilt; to peel her X's off and make connections. Kawai and Sahara are at similar places; they're aren't bad people, and certainly Sahara at least stepped up to try, but when push came to shove, Kawai deflected and went on the offensive while Sahara tucked tail and fled; by the end, Kawai owned her failure with the less-than-1000 cranes and Sahara stepped into the middle of rising tensions between Ueno and Kawai. Shoko's journey is only glimpsed at, but it is the most heartbreaking; everyone else carries guilt of their own making, their own inadequacy, and they have to grow up and own it and overcome it. Shoko's guilt was not deserved; it was forced upon her through circumstances she couldn't control. Her guilt is a false one, brought about through years of bullying and trauma. The movie does not go into this in detail, saving it only for a few flashbacks... one of which is called out specifically, that Yuzuru takes pictures of dead things to try and convince Shoko to not kill herself. But another is a blink-and-you-miss-it moment at the very start of the movie: during the montage of young Shoya, we see him walking into his mother's salon... and he turns to glance at a long-haired girl to his right, reading a magazine. This is Shoko, getting a haircut before her first day at a new school. I say "a NEW school" because... you can see a leaf in her hair. A very particular leaf, one that is seen every time someone crawls out of the water. In other words... what we see in this movie is not the first time Shoko has been bullied. I don't quite know how Shoko's journey ends; your translation is different from mine, and from the others I've seen; in yours, Shoya says "I want to help you live", but in all the others, he says "I want you to help me live". This latter one tracks with what we see next; Shoko leading Shoya through the school festival, and when he has his first breakdown, she tells him that it's okay to hold your head down, after which she physically guides him by the hand (which is adorable, by the way). Taking the latter... I don't know if this de-legitimizes Shoko as a character; I know the protagonist is Shoya, his is the journey we're on, but Shoko needs a lot of real help and real therapy! She has a lot of baggage to unpack! ... then again, as real and hard-hitting as this movie is, it is still a fantasy, and is subject to a lot of anime tropes. Shoko is the pure-hearted princess trope; she is there to guide the protagonist through his spiritual journey. But... surely this movie is smarter than that? I want to say that, when Shoko tells Shoya he'd "be happier without her", this gets turned around on her; "I literally cannot be happier without you; you're the only person who can make me happy, the only person who can help me live". ... which is ... romantic, but, not exactly healthy. Shoya reaches his moment of self-actualization... and maybe that's enough, since, again, he's the protagonist; only his journey is the complete one; we'll just have to assume that, after the credits roll, Yuzuru rounds everyone up and stages an intervention for Shoko to spend some time with a therapist... I suppose that's enough typing for one day. RUclips comments probably aren't meant to be this long anyway.
You may already know this, but from what I remember Shoko's VA in the English dub is a deaf actress, and talks a bit about the role in a few interviews.
The manga makes it much, much more explicit that the teacher was one of the primary causes of Nishimiya becoming isolated and bullied. The anime downplayed it a bit for the sake of time constraints
Many people don’t get what shoya’s mom bleeding ear means, cuz shoya hurt shoko’s ear, and could possibly leading to her one ear completely deaf (that’s why shoko only wear one side of the hearing aids latter), shoya’s mum tears her ear ring off to at some meaning pay it back, like an eye for an eye
Love the reaction like everyone else! Since that everyone else covered a lot of ground already in the comments I think one of my favorite things to show you the difference between Miki and Naoka is that after Shoko got out of the hospital Miki shouted under the pretense that it was the only way for Shoko to hear her while Naoka took the time to converse to Shoko with sign, even if it was a bit of teasing.
I haven't finished the video, I just have to say thank you for being the only reactor I've watched that didn't assume Kawai was innocent. There's a lot of people like Kawai out there, and just like with this movie people miss the subtle things that show who they really are.
Still a bit salty about Kawai never really reflecting on her own enabling. Like she didn't exactly jump at the chance to report on any bullying when asked, she only pointed fingers at Shoya when he pointed fingers first. Like her acting like she was the good girl just really rubbed me the wrong way.
Yes👏🏾 Ishida and ueno were the major bullies but Kawai, Ishida’s friends and the teacher were just as bad for NOT stopping it. I would have needed her to acknowledge what she had also done if any friend were to form later 🥲
His mom's ear was bleeding because she ripped out her earring as a form of making amends to Shoko's mother. It's an honour thing in Japan, sort of an eye for an eye deal.
The moment you realize older Ueno is a plot device to vocalize the darkest inner thoughts of Shoya and Shoko. Shoya and Ueno on his bike and after she takes out Shoko's hearing aid is Shoya remembering being her bully and how he used to act, questioning being her real friend. At the park after seeing his old friend, of COURSE he has thought of how different things would have been if he never met Shoko. Shoko on the Ferris wheel, she also feels she ruins things and hates that she can only seem to apologize for doing so. And who beats up a suicidal girl for almost getting someone killed calling them selfish and worthless? She would already be doing that to herself. Ueno plays the role of her dark inner manifestation. Even for her mom. Brilliant.
When people cry in the scenes that I cried watching, then I feel like that reaction is genuine and the person isn’t trying to play it cool for the cameras.
Thanks, I didn't plan on crying today but here we are. The Teacher is the worst. Man does absolutely nothing and then gets all loud and aggro when his boss is in the room. I read that the reason they made this movie was because people who have disabilities in Japan are generally mistreated in the education system. The Teacher is a direct reflection of that.
This is one of my favorite movies OF ALL TIME. Including anything live action, I just related to some of the themes in the movie on a very personal level and it definitely opened my eyes and mind to the whole like deaf community and sign language is now on my bucket list of skills to learn.
easily my favorite movie now. i've never had a movie hurt me as much, that also ends on a good note. it has such clear and beautiful messages. i wish they included more of the characters, but i imagine fitting 60+ chapters into 2 hours is hard enough. i've even tried to desensitize myself by watching this movie multiple times. it still hits. i'm not sure if i'll ever be able to watch it with others around.
This feels like I'm watching myself react because she is reacting the same way I did and crying just as much as I did. This movie was amazing but took the most out of me!!
I was depressed for 2 weeks to the point that my wife was worried after watching this movie. It brought back so many memories from my childhood that I blocked. I was bullied at school and at home. Only thing that people would tell me is to man up. I’m 33 and it still affects me. Stop bullying.
I actually had the pleasure of taking some ASL classes in college for two semesters. Incredibly eye opening to deaf culture because said professor was deaf. So all through out class we couldn’t talk at all and instead used sign language, it really is something everyone should learn at least a bit
Totally agree and glad to hear you studied! My bestie is an interpreter and teaches me when she can! I’ve gone to a few deaf events and it’s fab! Everyone is so nice and are patient with me lol
This is in my top 3 movies of all time, not just anime. Depending on my mood sometimes it's #1. What makes this movie more tragic is learning about the Kyoto Animation Studio arson where 33 people I think it was lost their lives, some of which worked on "A Silent Voice."
I enjoyed crying it out with you during this reaction video. This is truly one of my favorite anime movies of all time. It pierces my heart every time.
Hands down one of my favourite movies of all time. Not only because of the story, also music and cinematography are excellent. Having read the manga after, everytime I watch the movie now I'm surprised how much of the manga they actually managed to put into it, even if just as a hint (e.g. the character if Kawaii). There are a few things I'd like to add to what people have already said, apologies for the wall of text =) You caught on to Kawaii, but I'm not sure if you quite understood Ueno's motivation. There are two parts to it, the first isn't really catchable in the movie, the second I believe is if you pay somewhat close attention and connect the dots. Fist she is brutally honest, which explains the scene in the ferris wheel. From her point of view she is trying to have an honest conversation to which Shoko reacts with her usual apologies and self-blame. She sees that as fake and dishonest, hence her reaction. The second one I'll leave to discover, I'll just point out the clues =) - How she reacts when he visits the cat cafe - The sound of her voice after she meets Shoko again (the 'she hasn't grown at all' scene) - The sound of her voice when she manhandles Shoko in front of the hospital - How she acts in the hospital Just to make this clear, these are of course not excuses for how she acts, just explanations. Explanations I think we can at least a little be relate to. In the version you watched, at the end on the bridge, there is one thing I'm not sure is correct. In your version he says "I want to help you live". That may be a mistranslation, in the versions I've seen he says "I want you to help me live". Not going to say more here on this or the onion ninjas will find me again. The final thing I wanted to point out is something I only noticed because I was told. When I first watched the movie and though a bit about it afterwards there were a few things I found a bit odd. How did he have her notebook? Yes, he got it when he was thrown into the pool, but how did it get there? Also, didn't she forgive him a bit to easily? Of course, as one does, I came up with some explanations that seemed valid like someone probably threw it in again, it's a movie, they have to keep the story moving and such. Turns out assumptions and expectations misled me, not sure how intentional that is to teach the watcher a lesson about that. There's the scene during the flashback where she goes back to him outside the school trying to make friends again with her notebook and rips it out of her hands to throw it into the pool. She then runs after the notebook, steps into the pool to get her notebook back, right? Well, that's what we assume (at least I did), but it's not what she does. Instead she pushes the notebook under the water, giving up her only means of communication with her peers. She lost hope and gave up. Essentially one of the saddest scenes in the movie and I'd guess 99% of the people watching it didn't notice. Then, years later, he comes to meet her and gives it back. I probably could go on, but this is probably already the longest YT comment I ever wrote. Did I mention I love this movie?
Ueno is way better than Kawai. She tried to help when they were young but when things got hard for her (due to the unfair teacher) she got tired and she started bullying Nishimiya too. She shows the same thing when the teacher singled out Ishida, she likes Ishida, but because things are rough and everyone is blaming him she also started blaming him. There is this bad thing about the culture in Japan (mostly in school or work ig) which being different and standing out causes people to hate you because they think that you are trying to be cool or different to be famous or something. Ueno blamed Nishimiya for what happened to Ishida or for making her turn her back on Ishida. Ueno is honest unlike Kawai who doesn't take any responsibilities for her wrong actions and I don't think Kawai showed signs of changing for the better if I'm not mistaken. Main things about Ueno is that she likes Ishida(until now I think), she tried helping but she turns on you when things gets hard for her, she is honest, and lastly she is trying to change.
Fun fact about the music, most of it was recorded by putting the mic inside a piano so you get those strange clicks. I think it really enhances the emotion the music brings out
when i first watched this movie I bawled my eyes out at the end with the X's falling off paired with the music. It connected with me on so many deep levels, this movie will always be one of my favorite pieces of media.
- Actually, I read the original manga before this movie came out. And I can say that producers did cut a lot of (important) things, but most of all it's still emotional and educational. You can watch it and have some "fun". - Abby, if you haven't seen, I would recommend you "Wolf children Ame&Yuki". It'll be great as well.
Hey Abi, glad you enjoyed the movie. The mangaka for a silent voice knows how to write the human struggle so well. You definitely should watch *_To your Eternity_* as that is the mangaka current work and is just as amazing as a silent voice.
When I saw this movie I went in totally blind. I heard it was a good movie but other than that I knew nothing about it. Saw it and was in awe about how well this movie tackled subjects about forgivness, sadness and anxeity. Bawled my eyes out and took alot with me about how I can aproch people and their feelings. If you have'nt seen the movie "I want to eat your pancreas", I highly recomend it. The title may fool you but it also is a amazing movie about human interaction (don't want to say anymore incase of potential spoilers)
Thank you for your great reaction video, Abi-san. I’m glad you liked this movie. In Japan, of course there are schools for deaf people. But some of deaf kids or their parents who think and hope that going to normal(I’m not sure if I should use this word though..) school is better for their future(working, communicating, living with non-deaf people), and they choose it. So there were deaf students in the middle school I went, too. Of course the normal schools also care them, however if it goes well or not is depends on the schools(teachers). The teacher and kids in this movie were really awful.. As for Shouko, her mom wanted Shouko to be strong to live. The mom was too strict, but it came from her past. She had tried to care and protect her daughters in her own way. I really recommend that you read this manga. You will see more deeply about each characters especially both main characters, Shouko’s mom, Ueno(She was surely awful. But also she wasn’t just a mean girl.) and Yuzuru.
Bullying is a huge problem in Japan even now, especially when it comes to people that differ from the norm. “The nail that protrudes out gets hammered” is a pretty common saying. It basically means that anyone who is different needs to accommodate, “normal” people should not have to. So the teacher doing nothing to stop the kids from bullying Shoko is more than likely a reflection of that culture.
Loved your reaction! This should be an emotional experience to watch.. I had some problems with the English translation though; on the bridge at the end, when Shoya says "I want to help you live," this is actually the opposite of what he's saying! He's saying: "Ore kimi ni ikiru no (w)o tetsudatte hoshii." Ikiru is "to live" and "tetsudatte hoshii" means "to help/lend a hand/assist." This should be translated as: "I want you to help me live." (And I think it's much more powerful than the translation you saw). He's asking her to help him live his life: he wants her to live so she can help him live; so they can help each other live. And in the video on the ferris wheel, Shoya is actually not saying that he wants Ueno to like Nishimiya, but he's saying "I want Nishimiya to like herself." (In reference to Nishimiya's comment that she hates herself).
Bu filmi 50 defa izledim ve her seferinde tepkim aynıydı. Çok başarılı bir film bence ve normal anime olmayan filmlerde bu duyguyu yakalayamadım. İzlediğin için teşekkür ediyorum. Respect yoo
early comment but super glad you got to see this with good subs (especially subs for text). great second monitor content while I finish my shiny hunt >:)
AAAA yea the whole early childhood part. was funny how positive you went into seeing the new kid show up and that's when it all went to shit. As someone who has definitely grown up seeing "children" act cruel, could see it coming from a mile away. while they are kids, this type of behavior is much more rampant than people think. people are just hush hush. and the teacher, just like wanted to do the least work because changing this terrible nature is much harder than just letting it flow.
Love the way they portray anxiety and how it all starts really, along with the x effect over people's faces. never a bully, but just the feelings of shame and anxiety are captured perfectly. great reaction :)
I think Shouya just didn’t realize what she was doing at first. Sometimes the people who have had those thoughts or even attempts are the last ones to notice the signs in others, because they’re so removed from reality and can only see their own darkness. Speaking from personal experience…
"I just feel so good about this whole thing, OMG we're going to the theme park" ......... famous last words before shit hits the fan 😂 Oh also, at 28:48 there is apparently a translation error. Instead of "I want to help you live" he says "I want you to help me live" which has a different meaning and I like it too.
my first time watching this I was like "LOOOORD OH LOOOOORD 🙏give the strength 💪 to not kill this Ueno beetch" because I was damn well ready to I think the most beautiful part about this movie is the X's falling off to show that he can not look people in the eyes
I loved A silent. It was soo pure and heartbreaking. I would really recommend you to watch I Want To Eat Your Pancreas really one of the best anime movies.
The real bully here in the teacher (and the society behind). In the manga that is much more clear , when he sais, they had got a burden to the class. He ignores all needs of Shoko. The children must do all translation, while he is speaking to the wall, so that Shoko cannot read lips. And so on. So the children must feel Shoko as burden and bullying starts. It ks obvious, that he wants Shoko to leave and he was glad to create one to be blamed for all. The problem of Shoyas bullying is complex, it starts with curiosity and interest but was misguided. And there was no one to lead him.
Dont judge me but I really like Ueno. Not that I think she's a good person tho, but a really good character. Also Mashiba is really developed in the manga, he is one of the most intriguing. But they had to cut it in the movie unfortunately
Before, I actually wanted to learn sign language because I saw a stranger when I was strolling around did it before. I can't learn it now because I think I'm too old to learn a new language from scratch again. I have to polish my Korean and I'm still not fluent after 10 years.
When A Silent Voice comes up in conversation, it always seems to be accompanied by Your Name. I love Your Name but I believe A Silent Voice was better and even more than that, it was a much more important story that needs to be told. Something like this needs to be shown in schools.

I really like how you differentiated the types of guilt there. Nice comment.
You may already know this, but from what I remember Shoko's VA in the English dub is a deaf actress, and talks a bit about the role in a few interviews.
I didn’t know that! Thank you I’ll have just check out the interview!
I believe it's the same case in the Japanese as well
@@SomeDudeOG The JP actress is not deaf, she's just amazing
@@GrimOfLight huh, everyone was saying that around when the movie came out, guess it was wrong
@@SomeDudeOG The deaf actress is in the EN dub, the JP actress is Hayami Satori if you want to search it
The manga makes it much, much more explicit that the teacher was one of the primary causes of Nishimiya becoming isolated and bullied. The anime downplayed it a bit for the sake of time constraints
Props to Kyoto Ani for making a masterpiece of a film. So glad it got adapted in such a beautiful way.
This is the first anime movie ever that made me cry like a bitch
😭 it was so good
Take a look at "I wanna eat your pancreas" . hit even harder
You should watch grave of the fireflies or wolf children
No matter how many times I see that last scene, it will always get me
I’m sure when I watch this again I will be the same mess 😭 the message is one that hits the heart
This hit me in the feels when I first seen it
Still a bit salty about Kawai never really reflecting on her own enabling.
Brilliant.
You took so much from this movie. Loved your thoughts at the end. The hardest person to love is yourself. Damn does this movie drive that home.
😭 it’s a power and beautiful message
When people cry in the scenes that I cried watching, then I feel like that reaction is genuine and the person isn’t trying to play it cool for the cameras.
Man, that moment at the end when all of the xs fall down and he has his realization always gets to me. I cry every time.
Very good point 👏🏾
@@abi_corinne You stayed strong longer then I thought. I was leaking so early lol
@@abi_corinne Also, are you a teacher?
This is one of my favorite movies OF ALL TIME. Including anything live action, I just related to some of the themes in the movie on a very personal level and it definitely opened my eyes and mind to the whole like deaf community and sign language is now on my bucket list of skills to learn.
I keep putting off this movie and Your Name, but I guess this is a sign telling me to sit down and watch them.
Please watch! They are worth it!
Kawaii was a stealth bully. Watch the singing scene again.
easily my favorite movie now. i've never had a movie hurt me as much, that also ends on a good note. it has such clear and beautiful messages. i wish they included more of the characters, but i imagine fitting 60+ chapters into 2 hours is hard enough. i've even tried to desensitize myself by watching this movie multiple times. it still hits. i'm not sure if i'll ever be able to watch it with others around.
You are an amazing person. Thank you for reacting to this. Its really personal to me.
Girl the stress was eating you during this entire movie😆
Hands down one of my favourite movies of all time. Not only because of the story, also music and cinematography are excellent. Having read the manga after, everytime I watch the movie now I'm surprised how much of the manga they actually managed to put into it, even if just as a hint (e.g. the character if Kawaii).
There are a few things I'd like to add to what people have already said, apologies for the wall of text =)
You caught on to Kawaii, but I'm not sure if you quite understood Ueno's motivation.
The second one I'll leave to discover, I'll just point out the clues =)
- How she reacts when he visits the cat cafe
- The sound of her voice after she meets Shoko again (the 'she hasn't grown at all' scene)
- The sound of her voice when she manhandles Shoko in front of the hospital
- How she acts in the hospital
Just to make this clear, these are of course not excuses for how she acts, just explanations.
I have been TRYING to fit this show in my line up 😭 it looks so good!
Just watched this movie today and I loved it so much I had to see other people's reactions to it. 10/10 movie fr
omggg just got home from work. already seeing the tears in the thumbnail lol. here i go, about to cry for the 10th rewatching this film
I would have hoped it would get easier the more I watch 😭 but I guess I’ll continue to keep this tissue on stand by
This is actually my favorite Anime Movie
But also she wasn’t just a mean girl.) and Yuzuru.
this movie hit me like a brick when i saw it i basically never cry but when the movie was over i could def feel some tears
I had no idea you were a teacher! Very cool, been watching since you started AOT and love the channel
23:52 A view from half way down
Aw you know ASL that's so cool. I really want learn BSL some time but I'm not great at motivating myself to keep going!
I am no where near the level I want to be but it’s wonderful to learn! Good luck on your journey!
Already liked before watching bcuz I KNOW how this is gonna go 💯💯 love when people react to this film
Beautiful reaction from a beautiful reactor! Brightened my day! Love it Corinne!
06:33 the moment she noticed the little bitch, is the moment i clicked the like button.. so satisfying, there reason abi is one of my favorite reactor
I still like the part when she says I like you and he’s like: 🌑
I think Shouya just didn’t realize what she was doing at first. Sometimes the people who have had those thoughts or even attempts are the last ones to notice the signs in others, because they’re so removed from reality and can only see their own darkness. Speaking from personal experience…
you should read the manga , it's one hell of a ride
My favorite movie of all time
"I just feel so good about this whole thing, OMG we're going to the theme park" ......... famous last words before shit hits the fan 😂
Oh also, at 28:48 there is apparently a translation error. Instead of "I want to help you live" he says "I want you to help me live" which has a different meaning and I like it too.
Oooh damn I feel ya girl. I reacted the same exact way the first time i watched this. It's emotional as hell!
I had to hydrate the rest of the day lol it was too much 😅
Love the video ABI Nation stay motivated Dream big 1 mill on the way
31:44 The first time I watched this movie it was dubbed, so I was like "A 2 syllable Japanese word for moron...got it"
UENO is Best Girl, she's so adorable..
6:16 that was my exact reaction I had to pause and calm down wanted to drop kick all those kids 😂😂😂
It’s take great restraint not to slap dumb children 😂
my first time watching this I was like "LOOOORD OH LOOOOORD 🙏give the strength 💪 to not kill this Ueno beetch" because I was damn well ready to
I think the most beautiful part about this movie is the X's falling off to show that he can not look people in the eyes
girl i have a full back tattoo of this movie i am so so so happy you got to experience it
I’m not crying your cryi…
No you’re crying 😭
Anime series that is guaranteed to make you cry: To Your Eternity
excellent reaction. You really "got it".

aso was a revolution. it was a cultural reset
Absolutely well done 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
Like i read once, this movie is not a love story betwen Shouko and Shoya, its a story about learning to love oneself.
I loved A silent. It was soo pure and heartbreaking. I would really recommend you to watch I Want To Eat Your Pancreas really one of the best anime movies.
your hair is awesome!!
I clicked immediately.
The real bully here in the teacher (and the society behind). In the manga that is much more clear
, when he sais, they had got a burden to the class.
Thank you
Dont judge me but I really like Ueno. Not that I think she's a good person tho, but a really good character. Also Mashiba is really developed in the manga, he is one of the most intriguing. But they had to cut it in the movie unfortunately
It is easy to hate Ueno. And the problem is that most reactors/viewers simply don't notice or understand what her point or her problem with Shoko was
Before, I actually wanted to learn sign language because I saw a stranger when I was strolling around did it before.
Someone mentioned watching I Want To Eat Your Pancreas. I second that for emotional damage
Good thing you didn't watch in dub cuz the voices made it so much more tragic somehow
De esta mangaka hay un anime llamado fumetsu no anata e y es una obra maestra que sobrepasa muchos animes 🖒 linda reacción

Even watching someone else's reaction, this movie still breaks me.
Love this movie. there's a lot here I relate to that left me dehydrated from crying.
