Don't worry too much about the engagement because there is content out there that has a lot of views/likes/comments but even so it's not really helping anybody, it's just entertaining them. But your channel is actually helping people in need and I think one of our purposes in life is to help others. 😊 I think what you're doing is truly admirable! 🙏

Wow, the 10-minute walk analogy really resonated with me. I often find myself making excuses for things I previously made a commitment to. I'll think twice from now on 👍

Thank you very much for making these videos! The topics you are talking about resonates with me a lot and helping in a way as well.
Regarding this video I can say not doing things you have promised to yourself, it is like a self betrayal, so it is better to be committed to yourself and your plans as it makes you feel good and calm as you know - you can rely on yourself. That is like showing some love to yourself.

Amen 🙏🏽🙌🏽🙏🏽🙌🏽 I agree with what you said you got to keep working on whatever your working on even when you don't know where you going and the more work you put in the better you become and these videos even if you assume you are rambling at times, your still refining yourself so that you not only grow as a person but also become a great conversationalist comes from much practice sometimes rambling. Commitment to honing your skills even when progress is slow or the views and likes aren't adding up is what really makes a person become a professional at what he does. All this gym talk is making me think about it 😢 and ill probably eventually get back in there 💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽

You should consider becoming a school counselor. You have patience, a calm demeanor, and your youth will help you relate to the students better.

The algorithm is often one to work against us. Unless you are hitting hot topics with hot takes and divisive remarks, the unfortunate irony is just being genuine and wanting to be helpful is harder to gain traction.
Consistency/dedication is always key if growth is the goal and 1-2 weeks might not see the same traction as 2-3 months. See how it goes, when you first announced doing daily videos I mentioned about being sure because its no small task, you see why I mentioned it!
Thank you for the video :)

    I just subbed brother.
Please Continue doing what you’re doing. Most of the content out there is trash. You will eventually get the views. There is real value in what you’re putting out
