I really wanna say that I really admire how you guys are always energized throughout the day. Like everyday you guys are always so pumped to do stuff around your house like house work and cooking and chores and stuff, and it's like refreshing to see that cause whenever I wanna do stuff, I'm too lazy to do it lol, so it's like reviving and refreshing to see you guys pumped to do that kinda stuff, cause it inspires me to not be lazy and to get up and do something productive. lol. I love your videos you guys!
Jen, if you put a dish towel under the cutting board when you are cutting veggies it will keep it from sliding around the counter. Also, you can put the leftover chipotle peppers in a ziploc and freeze them for another time. They will last very long in the freezer and they won't be wasted! THE PIZZA LOOKED DELICIOUS!!! xoxo
Hi Jen and Tim! Scallions, green onions and spring onions are all the same thing! As for the left over peppers and sauce, you could put them into a BBQ like sauce for another pizza. Get a pre-made dough from the grocery store, blend together the peppers, some tomatoes and maybe a roasted red pepper for sweetness and a squeeze of your favorite BBQ sauce. Slather that on the pizza dough, left over chicken, cheese, onions or whatever you like and bake it. Yum!
I know this is an older video but I just signed up for HelloFresh after MONTHS of contemplating! I just wanted to thank you for the $40 off the first box code! I hope you guys get a credit for me using it too since you guys were the ones who introduced me to it. So excited!
Hey Jen here's a cooking tip if your cutting board slides while you are cutting up stuff put a wet paper towel underneath it and it will fix the sliding. Love your guys videos lol.
It is from the RUclips music library, it's called Take You. I'll see if I can put a link to it here... ruclips.net/user/audiolibrary_download?vid=43bdc1042df77ac1 *This link will download the track.*
Random thing to comment on: but I really like how you did the time lapse with the food. It just looked really good and made the food look super appealing, and the music was fun. Another random thing to comment on: I like those colorful books you have in the on the shelf where you eat a lot. There are a lot of pretty pastels there.
HEY TIM & JENN I LOVE THAT POPCORN! WHAT A FREAKING COINCIDENCE (LAUGHS AS SHE EATS HER INDIANA POPCORN AS WELL) YOU KNOW THAT CHICAGO STYLE POPCORN WAS ON OPRAH'S FAVORITE THINGS! OKAY GREAT TO SEE YOU COOKING JENN WE LUV IT WHEN YOU DO! TIM GOOD TO SEE THE BATHROOM PROJECT BACK ON!
By the looks of it, what you call scallions are what we call spring onions in the UK. I love the different names for things! Such as you say pants & we say trousers. Pants are another word for men's briefs here in the Uk. We say tights & you say pantyhose. You say panties & we say knickers!!! The list goes on, I love it!!!
So It's been a while since this video was posted and I don't know if anyone else has already said this (I am so behind and I am catching up on your vlogs), but the cheese popcorn mixed with caramel popcorn is referred to as "Chicago style". It's my dad's absolute FAVORITE. I'm a Disneyland AP and pretty much every time I go I pick him up a bag of their cheese popcorn and their caramel corn and he mixes them together...delicious!
With chipotle leftover from the can, you can put them in the blender, then you can put them in a jar in the fridge and use them whenever you want to spice up your meals. They last a long, long time. I recommend you do some meatballs and add a teaspoon to give it a nice flavor. I hope you try it and tell me if you liked it. That brand La Morena is pretty good.
Nice, busy Vlog getting stuff done around the house, awesome delicious looking pizza wish the both of you a Great day n the Pups too. Love your little furry guys
Jen you can do a chipotle hummus, it's yummy! 1 can of drained chickpeas Juice of a lime 4 table spoons of olive oil Cumin Salt And just add chipotles to your personal taste!!!! Hope you enjoy and make it for Tim or for one of your pool parties, great snack with pita chips!!!
Not much left to do? yikes! I'm impressed you're doing your own renovations though. Major props! Can't wait to see how it turns out. Love the cooking videos!
Scallions and green onions are one and the same! I use the adobe peppers in my chilli, drop a couple into the mix and fish em out like you would a bay leaf... Full of potent rich flavour!
The pizza looked good!! When you signed up for the meals, did you specify just healthy meals? Am thinking of trying one of these....scallions and green onions are the same thing...sometimes they are also called "spring" onions. Whatever you call them they are great in most all cooking recipes!!
Hey Jenn! I noticed your wiggly cutting board that kept trying to sneak away from you. If you place a wet (but not soaking wet) paper towel under your cutting board, in one single layer, it will keep the board in place while you're cutting/chopping. That's what I do and it works like a charm. :-)
I liked the way you edited your cooking and Tim's working in the bathroom. Very nice. Also, when you make dinner early, how do you keep it hot? Or do you eat it cold. Just wondering. Thanks again for a fun Vlog.
Those blinds are awesome! I've never seen them before. Where did you find them or what brand are they? Jenn, that pizza looked great! You deserved that popcorn after all that work you did in the bathroom, Tim.
their humour is exactly the same as mine. I couldn't stop laughing at Tim asking where the air came from then they break into a musical version of Se7en lol
Jenn, do you find that using the Hello Fresh food delivery that you're learning more about how to prep and cook? I imagine it's just like following insturctions, but you could eventually do things on your own.
For the actual chipotles put one or two in a blender with tomatoes, onion, garlic, and a little salt to make a sauce, boil some chicken, shred it, sauté some onions, add the shredded chicken and then the sauce you made and bam! Chipotle chicken that you can put on tostadas. (Add sour cream and avocados to tops of tostadas for extra awesomeness)
I use the canned chipotle peppers all the time and never use the entire can - I put them in the freezer. When I need one or two for chili I microwave it just a little bit - enough to loosen a pepper or two. Scallions and green onions are the same thing.
Put 3 or four chipotles , two spoonfuls of brown sugar ,and a can of Dr Pepper in the crock pot with a pork shoulder (salt and pepper the pork and set it on an onion that you cut in fourths) and cook on low for 8 hours. Spicy Pulled Pork yummy!
Hi y'all it's been awhile since I commented. I must say I've been doing the hellofresh boxes too and I must say they are pretty good. What's been your favorite box so far. Mine is a tie between the burger and the steak and potato has.
If you have a air compressor, a air hammer (about $25 at the home depot) might make short work of the bathroom walls? Also, more tools is a good thing. :)
Thankfully for us Chicagoans no longer in the Chicagoland area, they have opened some other stores. DC has one at a mall right across from the Pentagon, and NYC absolutely has one as well in Manhattan. I think they also have one in Atlanta as well, maybe a couple other cities! If only Portillo's would do this on the east coast! We have a Billy Goats Tavern in DC now too, but its nothing like the ones in Chicago. You can order online too!
Chipotle are smoked jalapeno peppers. Use them anywhere you want some smokey spicy flavor. I use them a lot when making salsas, bbq sauces, tacos, sloppy joes, and pulled pork.
Chipotle peppers are good in tacos Mexican food in general and also chilli if you're not a fan of cumin it's not super spicy but has more of a smokey heat it's more of a Tex mex southwest thing to use chipotle peppers as a flavouring in meals chipotle peppers goes well as a seasoning for chicken beef and pork
There's nothing inherently unhealthy about pizza, it's just calorie dense so hard to fit a whole lot into our lives but it hits all the macros, carbs for energy, fat for essential body functions like hormone productions and protein (in the cheese and chicken) for muscle retention and satiety. All round win. Oh and throw on some veggies for your macronutrients. Food is fuel. Enjoy! PS. Got some super tasty popcorn myself this week.
Well... unless it is pizza hut pizza... they just put grease in the pan before cooking the pizza to help crisp up the crust. Pretty much just a ton of fat.
Tim, buy yourself a Sawzall for cutting out those walls in the bathroom. It will cut through that stuff like butter and will literally save you hours of back breaking labor. You could always rent one from Home Depot just to try it out to see if you like it. There are other uses for it to like cutting tree limbs in your yard, etc. Also if you buy one get a good brand name unit like Dewalt or Milwaukee. The cheaper models on this type tool are really terrible.
I have a sawzall. It doesn't cut through the lath very well. It will cut the corners well, but then I still have to try to pry the main sections of wall down.
you guys should try Home Chef too. Its a little cheaper than HF for 3 meals for 2 people, you get more food and the food quality and flavors are way better imo.
I didn't realize how long I had been watching the clogs until Tim says, "the bats have been gone for a year and a half now." #partofthefamily #ohbrother
What on earth is a scallion?! Is that a spring onion in UK language? Loved how you like the packaging on maltesers though, made me laugh! They're one of those things where it tastes better coming from different packaging, like coke out of a glass bottle tastes better, so do maltesers out of a box instead of a pouch.
I wish I had you guys as neighbors! You are the cutest couple! I enjoy you cooking Jenn more than the cooking networks! Keep on cooking!
You two are beyond adorable. 😊 I love how you take care of each other. You cook, he demos bathroom. It's such a good match!
Jen, if you put a dish towel under the cutting board when you are cutting veggies it will keep it from sliding around the counter. Tim you and Jenn are the only ones that make me nearly choke laughing when I watch your vlogs. For some reason I am always eating when watching you.
love love love you guys!! been watching you all for 3 years now!!!
Where do you get your music, Jenn? I've listened to so many tracks on RUclips and I don't think I've heard this one.
It is from the RUclips music library, it's called Take You. I'll see if I can put a link to it here... ruclips.net/user/audiolibrary_download?vid=43bdc1042df77ac1 *This link will download the track.*

This video is fantastic! The time lapse for the both of you guys and the music is pretty alright! :)
I want those blinds!!! They are so cool!!
That pizza and popcorn looked amazing! And those blinds are really stinking cool! Y'all are awesome!!!
So It's been a while since this video was posted and I don't know if anyone else has already said this (I am so behind and I am catching up on your vlogs), but the cheese popcorn mixed with caramel popcorn is referred to as "Chicago style". Jen! If you place a damp tea towel under your cutting board, it'll stay put while you're choppin' away! Much safer. :)
With chipotle leftover from the can, you can put them in the blender, then you can put them in a jar in the fridge and use them whenever you want to spice up your meals. They last a long, long time. Loving the editing on this, the cooking/demo montage was really cool 😊
Jen you can do a chipotle hummus, it's yummy!
1 can of drained chickpeas
Juice of a lime
4 table spoons of olive oil
Cumin
Salt
And just add chipotles to your personal taste!!!!
Hope you enjoy and make it for Tim or for one of your pool parties, great snack with pita chips!!!
Hello from NY, I will be at Island of Adventures this coming Tuesday. I hope I get lucky and see you and Jenn there. Bye!
Not much left to do? yikes! I'm impressed you're doing your own renovations though. Major props! Can't wait to see how it turns out. Love the cooking videos!
I had that steak fajitas with the kiwi salsa last night? And it was amazing. you guys were right. So good.
Scallions and green onions are one and the same! I use the adobe peppers in my chilli, drop a couple into the mix and fish em out like you would a bay leaf... Full of potent rich flavour!

I wish I still lived down there to help Tim on that bathroom! But it's looking great
watching tim rip out the bathroom was satisfying, is that strange ?? :)
Take the seeds out of the jalapeños and also remove the lighter coloured ribs then chop finely and add to a chilli.
Hey Jenn! I noticed your wiggly cutting board that kept trying to sneak away from you. If you place a wet (but not soaking wet) paper towel under your cutting board, in one single layer, it will keep the board in place while you're cutting/chopping. That's what I do and it works like a charm. :-)
I absolutely loved this hello fresh meal!!! I love spicy--so it was perfect. And the dough was perfect.
Idk why but these are always my favorite type of vlog.
I liked the way you edited your cooking and Tim's working in the bathroom. Very nice. Also, when you make dinner early, how do you keep it hot? Or do you eat it cold. Just wondering. Thanks again for a fun Vlog.

Love the editing in this one! Good job, Jen 🖒

Use the chipotle peppers with a cup of mayo. One to two chillies, cup mayo and mix for an awesome burger topping.
I use the canned chipotle peppers all the time and never use the entire can - I put them in the freezer. When I need one or two for chili I microwave it just a little bit - enough to loosen a pepper or two. Scallions and green onions are the same thing.
i'm up for the healthy pizzza thing. what kind of pizzas would be involve i mean what are some ideas for pies?
What hair product is Tim using? No matter what he's doing, his hair never gets messed up and always looks awesome!
Healthy pizza is my life!!! I want all of the pizza!
Was there no sauce base on the pizza? I love seeing all the Hello Fresh meals you guys make.
I don't think there was actually.
That pizza looks delicious my friends stay awesome Tim and Jen ^_^
That pizza looks SO delicious!
Hi y'all it's been awhile since I commented. I must say I've been doing the hellofresh boxes too and I must say they are pretty good. What's been your favorite box so far. Mine is a tie between the burger and the steak and potato has.
I think my favorite one so far has been the Monterey Jack burger. That was so delicious!
We have a healthy pizza place in cuyahoga Falls, Ohio. It's a chipotle for pizza!! And it's all healthy... Well healthy-ish! 😂😍
House Targaryen! You're just that much cooler to me now, Jenn. 🐲🔥
If you have a air compressor, a air hammer (about $25 at the home depot) might make short work of the bathroom walls? Also, more tools is a good thing. :)
Chicago style popcorn...the best! If you ever get to Chicago, gotta hit up Garrett's! NYC also has one, and here in DC!
This is the second comment recommending Garrett's! We need to find some!
They are also in Ohare if you're ever in Chicago on a layover.
You could add the remaining peppers in to another dish or into the salsa for your current dish
Excellent idea!
Caramel and Cheese popcorn is Chicago Style mix at Garrett's in Chicago. :) Love me some Garretts from this Hoosier :)
Can you guys try the deep fried twinkies available in the frozen section in walmart? all you have to do is put them in the oven (i think)
Chipotle are smoked jalapeno peppers. Use them anywhere you want some smokey spicy flavor. I use them a lot when making salsas, bbq sauces, tacos, sloppy joes, and pulled pork.
You can also put then in beans, soup, and on pizza!

PS. Got some super tasty popcorn myself this week.
Well... unless it is pizza hut pizza... they just put grease in the pan before cooking the pizza to help crisp up the crust. Pretty much just a ton of fat.
Blaze Pizza isn't too unhealthy. You should try it. We love it.
That is the next place we are going to try during our next trip to Disney Springs. :-)
Chicago style popcorn is awesome
Can you guys film a trip to Blaze Pizza at Disney Springs? I've only heard positive reviews and would like to hear your opinions.
I would through the chills in a slow cooker with some beans and other spices and make... tada Chili!!!!
Make some Mexican chilaquiles? The laste amazing with Queso Fresco and sour cream.
Yea! DIY home repair is back! :-)
Tim, buy yourself a Sawzall for cutting out those walls in the bathroom. It will cut through that stuff like butter and will literally save you hours of back breaking labor. Boy what a pain. That stuff is awful to work with. Thankfully we now have drywall. Good luck.
you guys should try Home Chef too. Its a little cheaper than HF for 3 meals for 2 people, you get more food and the food quality and flavors are way better imo.
Jean you just say the magic word and POOF!!!!!!! you have yourself someone a chipotle burrito and a bowl of chili
Fun vlog guys :)!
Loved the video! 💕
Ugh I need blinds like that. I hate the ones with the pull string lol
you could have used the peppers from can in place of the Jalapeno since they are smoked Jalapenos anyways
Excellent idea!
I like putting chipotle chiles in my chili recipe. one gives a good heat, two makes it nice and spicy.
Blend the chiles add it to some shredded chicken and make tostadas 👍🏽
Healthy pizza-Yes Tim.x
Those new blinds are amazing. Our blind strings hate me >.
Did Tim you have been busy on the bathroom doing good
I don't know why but I really dug the jump cuts.
Thanks!
Have you tried tenting your windows? It may help with the heat. :)
Does the caulk have a taste?
I didn't realize how long I had been watching the clogs until Tim says, "the bats have been gone for a year and a half now." #partofthefamily #ohbrother
Watching Tim work around the house reaffirms my faith that good men exist. My ex wanted me to do everything. He wanted a slave not a wife
Nice blind action!
The camera is going at normal speed, Jenn can actually cut and cook at super speed!
Is that air from an air compressor?
Make sure to de-seed your jalepenos, that's the super spicy part
MAKE CHILE CHIPOTLE MAYO! IT'S SO GOOD ON SANDWICHES!!!!
(I promise its not that spicy and you can control how much pepper you use)
This is what I was going to say! It's amazing.
Love me some Chicago style popcorn!
It was so good!!!
Chop those chipotles up and add them to scrambled eggs or an omelette with a little cheese, serve with toast, viola and c'est si bon!
Hey Tim you should Do A Meet Up At Orlando BTW I Love your channel
Excellent idea! Thank you!
Jen Your pizza looks a lot better

Sounds like a recipe for heartburn and nightmares, but I bet it was worth it.😊
sorry tim, it's called Skinny Pizza! we have it here in NY
Pieology is a fairly healthy pizza place near where I live
The Food looks good guys! :)
You need to come taste the real, fresh Chicago Mix at Garrett Popcorn!
You have to clean out the seeds from the jalapeño if you don't want too spicy
And cut out the lighter colored ribs.
Indeed! I think it was the sauce that she dripped on that was the spicy part.
I make healthy pizza by using tortilla wraps for a base, very yummy with any topping and not as naughty as regular pizza 😋
That sounds delicious!!!
Does your regular trash collection take all the demo trash from the bathroom?
