He said he and his buddies would ride their bikes and watch police shows being taped just a few blocks from his house. Another time him and a buddy went swimming at a kid's house that they had met scateboarding. Kid's Mom was feeding them lunch when in walked Jay Silverheels! He spent time with them and gave them rides home at the end of the day. When my buddy's Mom asked how his day went he told her he hung out with Tonto. She replied "that's nice dear." Good times.

The thing I don't like about the whole series is that the costumes (uniforms) have no name tags on them. The LAPD, back in the day had their cops wear uniforms without name tags, sometime around the 1970's that changed.
Just amazing the dude had 6 sticks of Dynamite in the trunk of his car LOL and driving around in LA with dynamite stuck to the grille of his car like no one could see it LOL
