Bhatura should be fried at the optimal heat so that the shape and texture are not affected. This guy has ZERO technique. I have seen urban mums make better bhaturas. You know half of the taste just by seeing something. Now onto the chole: This guy has added too much baking soda which affects the taste of the chole. You can see it by the way the chole has mashed.
