I will complete my grad. school. Adversity won't stand in my way. I don't care what it comes dressed as.... whether financial, physical, mental. Grad school was a prayer that only GOD could answer, and he did. So I will walk in it and bask in his glory. #GettingADivorce
My prayers were answered when I heard Dr. Bynum say she’s going to help us Chart Our Course. I’ve prayed for help to understand where I am in the prophecy God has spoken in to my life. I changed careers 5 years ago to operate in my purchase and passion. I kept trying to leave my old job of 14 years but God kept whispering Be Still. I stayed in obedience to God. Then He provided a way of escape. My company downsized and presented me with 2 options, stay but transfer to another department or leave and take a severance package. I chose the latter. God said He has a job for me but I had to walk out the process and it wasn’t easy. I made decisions that made my family and friends question my sanity. I turned down jobs and was unemployed for 3 out of 5 years. God didn’t want me to accept the positions that I was offered because I would have become complacent with the salary. I waited on the Lord and I walked right into the job that He had for me. My beginning pay rate was $11 less than what I made on my previous job but within a year, God provided increase and I’m now just $3 shy of what my previous pay rate use to be. I’m ready to Chart My Course because God ain’t finished with me yet and He seems to be doing a quick work in my life. I want to be ready for what’s next. Thank you Dr.Bynum, you are an amazing teacher and this student is ready to learn.
