Promissory note is a written legal instrument containing Unconditional undertaking, signed by the maker, to pay certain sum of money to certain person.
There are two parties of promissory Note
1- Maker- who make promissory note and promise to pay certain amount of money
2- Payee - who receive the certain sum of money
