    Why, oh why couldn’t Celestron put this simple explanation in their setup video? I’ve struggled with this for an hour. Thank you so much from Colorado!

    Good gravy, the app just said to "start here" and I spent near a half hour trying to figure out the settings for the camera then gave up, tried to find instructions on their web site for the app and gave up. It took me longer to find a "how to" video then to set it up! Maybe 2 minutes after watching your video. We thank you very much.

    Hey. So once I’ve aligned my telescope with something during the day for example a chimney, what do I do? Do I wait for it to get dark and the. Take the telescope outside? Thanks

    • @TelescopeIndonesia
      @TelescopeIndonesia  Год назад

      Hi and thank you for your good question. Yes, after you align the StarSense App with your telescope, you must wait until the weather get dark, and when you can see the stars with naked eye, just run the app and point the telescope towards the stars you see with naked eye. Then you will see the magic of StarSense Explorer system! 😁

    Documents were not included with the telescope so I don’t have the Code for the app. How can I get that?

    • @TelescopeIndonesia
      @TelescopeIndonesia  2 года назад

      Hi and Thanks for your question. If you purchased your StarSense Explorer telescope as a brand new unit and from an authorized Celestron seller in your country/Region, the StarSense App code should be already in the telescope box, on a piece of orange color paper. If you can't find it, please contact the Celestron Support team at Celestron Website. 😊

    Hello, I ask you why when I want to configure the cell phone app in the application I get a blurred image? and when I point to the moon it tells me that it is to the southwest while it is to the east, and the guide lines do not appear? I feel like it's a mess

    • @TelescopeIndonesia
      @TelescopeIndonesia  2 года назад +1

      Hi and thank you for your questions.
      + Regarding your first question, May we know what is your phone brand/model?
      +Regarding your second question, as mentioned in the StarSense app, the StarSense technology is NOT designed to point (Navigate) the telescope to the Moon, because the Moon is too bright and very easy to find in the night sky, even for the very beginner observers! To point your telescope to the Moon, Simply use the included Red Dot Finder Scope (Make sure it's aligned well before you use it) and to navigate and observe other celestial objects (Such as Planets, Nebulas, Galaxies, etc.) use the StarSense Explorer navigation system.

    • @TelescopeIndonesia
      @TelescopeIndonesia  2 года назад

      Hi, And thanks for your question! It's all white because of the high exposure and ISO you set in the app settings (Or maybe put by default)! The solution is also simple, On Android phones like Samsung Galaxy S9, Open the StarSense App, Click on the three line at the left corner of your screen, then make sure "Night Vision", "Advanced Camera Controls", and "Camera Setup Asistant" are NOT CHECKED. Then try again, Your problem should be solved already. Btw, May we know from which country you are? 😁

    So I align it at night using the moon as the target. The telescope is found but when I choose a near by destination and I move the telescope towards it says "telescope not found" so I try to go back and it tries to find the telescope but now am in a new location and the destination I was going to is some where very far and in different direction. Can anybody help me?

    • @TelescopeIndonesia
      @TelescopeIndonesia  Год назад

      Hi and thank you for your comment. Sorry to say but from the beginning, your alignment was totally wrong! Why? As mentioned in the video:
      1:StarSense Explorer App alignment MUST be done by using a LAND object as target. Not celestial object.
      2: StarSense Explorer App alignment shall be done during day time, not night time.
      3: StarSense Explorer App is NOT designed to target/locate the Moon! As for targeting the Moon, you shall use Red Dot Finder Scope. StarSense Explorer App is to navigate and target Planets, Galaxies, Star Clusters and Nabulas, NOT the Moon! And if you try to Target the moon with this application, most probably you will see wrong direction showing on the app! 😁
      Hope the tips and information above helps! 😊
