Everything about this episode was so sweet and adorable. From the Waka and Eika sisterly relationship, Eika’s jellyfish form and of course Crab Byakuren. And we can’t forget about the trademark SDM explosion, Flandre made a friend as well (can’t remember her name). But great job on this animation.

What a cute episode! Characters are chock-full of personality as always, I love all the expressions and small gestures that give you a good idea on their attitude. Very happy to see Kurumi being brought over to the SDM for some dessert, even if the place exploded shortly afterwards.

Wow this is definitely one of my all-time favourites. So many great little touches. I really love the animation on Eika's mental rotation of the blocks! Strong Wakasagihime is so cool.

I think that’s canonically correct for a lot of characters that are mermaids.
