      Between the Wars sorry but genius is a bit of a loose term these days. That said, Chris Cornell had an incredible gift for communicating what he felt and perhaps what a lot of other people felt through their own experiences. Hence the popularity of the music, as well as the lyrics. He was a lyrical and musical genius, no doubt. Show me a better example of another human being expressing their inner and outer selves through the art of music. Go ahead.

    • @explodingheadtrick2350
      @explodingheadtrick2350 2 года назад +3

      @@jasonrice2592 I’ll bite. Chris was a songwriter and lyricists that studied the higher arts his entire life with a singular goal of mastering that craft. He did. He took his talents and exponentially built on them brick by brick with hardwork and dedication with a white hot passion that is, when all is there to behold and we can see his entire body of work... Genius. Yes. Chris IS genius.
      Let his genius inspire Your genius to climb to heights you may be holding yourself back from. We all have talents - it’s our choice whether or not to use them to become great. Let Chris inspire you, Jason. Your own genius is wanting to fly.

    That man seems to have it all. Talent (that voice!), beauty (unbelievably handsome), family, money, success, peer recognition, dedicated fans all over the world ...And yet, he felt desperate about his life that he tragically ended it. That shows you that nothing material can alleviate the psychological pain creeping inside your head when you feel stuck in an inescapable black hole. RIP MR CHRISTOPHER BOYLE CORNELL.

      Daniel Echávarri , I feel same. However, I'm always gonna let Chris, his legacy, Soundgarden (and other members who are still here ) be an inspiration and an influence for me. Death can never rewrite history, keep people from loving or being inspired or many other things. One day you will be able to listen to his music again. Some days it's really hard for me to listen too.
