I love hearing an engine spooling up, and then the gradual increase in engine noise, initiating the aircraft’s movement, followed by the more rapid aircraft speed, and finally that moment of rotation as the jet starts its take off climb .. just magical !

I love the RW34R departure , that right turn at 500’ is great . You were lucky to get that runway , usually 34L is used for departures to the South . Cheers and thanks Paul for sharing .

Not for departures via Wollongong. They use the 34R Marub departure.
