It looked great sometimes maidens end that way, I'm always guessing on getting more props. I never need another prop for planes when I have spares, only for the ones when I don't have spares. It was a success because you all had a good time. Jeff

Almost every handlaunch attempt with the Komet that I've seen on RUclips has met some sort of demise... especially in calm no headwind conditions. 4S might work even better in this case. Hope you can get her repaired and back in the air sir!

Congratulations on getting it up in the air!!! Like a lot of us who have flown the Komet, the trickiest part of this is the initial setup of the plane (CG, Expo) and the takeoffs. Once you're aware of it, you know what to look out for. I've flown my Komet on 3S and 4S. 3S is much lighter and floatier. 4S is just an absolute demon bullet. Looking forward to seeing your flight with the Komet!!

I have this same Durafly model but it is in green. I have the electronic switch to ignite a model rocket engine but I have yet to test fly it. I think the rocket engine will really zoom the @#$& out of this plane gentlemen ! 👍🏼 You must show this on a video hey ! 🍻

Captain Blaž, You must tell Robert Petrinčič to do the best roll off the ground take off of his life. Hand launch is too hard to get enough airspeed for this plane to fly. Your perfectly even grass runway should be easy for a man of Pilot Robert's skill and dexterity to get this bird in the air!

So the Me 262 2A had 1 rocket engine in the tail section. And the 262 2B had two rocket engines and they were located just above the standard engines that are on the wings. Yes they were absolutely insane. The 2A did see combat however I don't believe that the 2B saw combat. I can't find anything online that confirms the 2B saw combat. Cheers Captian.

Two out of three hand launch's with this plane always ends the same, in DISASTER, I retired mine , It may launch from the ground but you need a smooth flat surface, better if you keep your money in your pocket! these are only good at crashing, DON'T BUY one!! worst model I ever bought!!!!!!!

robert a tip , use a bit of sandpaper stuck to sides of plane where you grip for hand launches it works very well indeed ...

With my Me-163 I found that it needs a little bit of up-ailerons for a decent hand launch.

You have to reduce the elevon travel, it will make it easier to fly, or install a gyro, keep up the good work guys!!
