Yup! A good hot dry sauna is 85° @5-15% but if you're new to sauna it's recommended not to exceed 20min in the hottest room, it can be quite a stressor instead of relaxing. If you're new to it, stay on the medium room, 65-75C @20-25%. Then to relax more you step down to the "cool" (bio) about 50° @40-55%. Then it's the steam room, then you are ready for the real pleasure of a proper jacuzzi: body temperature water with pressure jets of bubbles, at that stage it's like a sensory deprivation tank and I struggle to stay awake! Great for meditating on life's problems ;-)

I think most Humans would be snickering and guffahing if somebody implied that we were superhumans. Must be different humans than the ones I've met.

-20° F, exposed skin can freeze in less than five minutes. That is roughly -34 C, if my mathing is good. Regardless the story was amusing regardless.

Oh, Yes, Vogon Poetry from "The Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy".
I've heard of vogetarians. I wonder if Vogans are different or what? Like no Nostrian milk sacs? Or, dot dot dot, something else?
They are a species of burocrats @@kennymonty8206
