  • Dieppe, New Brunswick is a city in the Greater Moncton area and a great place to live. Since I was headed that way, I thought I would take the opportunity to show you around.
    Dieppe is a city of approximately 27,000 east of Moncton. It's focus on family, community and growth make it a popular area to live. It's growth rate is among the highest in New Brunswick.

    Hi Thanks for the video and yes it is nice area , Dieppe and Riverview Moncton less, friendly people affordable houses but the de economy is the black spot , just jobs in hospitality and call center , I moved in from North Vancouver to Riverview just to try and I lived there for one year but it was impossible to get the job in my field it was sad , so I had to got back although it was a good experience. Thanks again and take care

      Sorry to hear about your experience. We do have more than our fair share of call centers, that's for sure! I'm not sure what field you're in, but the Greater Moncton area is always looking to attract companies that will help with growth. The latest I heard about is Marshall (an aerospace company).We do have some good size employers in technology, manufacturing, construction, medicine, and more. Maybe you should give it another try :)

    Hi Denise and Mark,
    I watch your page regularly as I am currently relocating to Moncton NB or Dieppe NB from London Ontario. Would you guys be able to help me find a single family house to rent? 3 bedrooms, basement and backyard with fence...

      Hi, thanks for checking but we only work with home buying and selling, not rentals. Most rentals around here are posted on FB Marketplace and/or Kijiji. Good luck!

    Dieppe? Sounds like a French city.I guess there were huge amounts of French live there.I don't know if it was suitable for a English-speaker live there?

    • @deniseandmarc_realtors
      @deniseandmarc_realtors  Год назад +1

      Yes! However, even though roughly 70% of Dieppe residents claim French as their first language, you can still easily live there as an English person. Where you may see a difference compared to Moncton or Riverview, is how you are greeted by someone. Since 70% speak French, they may greet you in French rather than English, but if you respond in English I would say 95% + will switch to English to accommodate you. I touched on it a little bit here:

      Thanks for your great info. since I had a typical stereotype that French people were stubborn only speaking French.

      @@chinesetiktok2529 exactly, so DON'T even think of moving there. It isn't JUST dieppe the fake'n'phony' own in New Brunswick, the french think they own ALL of New Brunswicxk....which IS why New Brunswick has been renamed 'Nouveau-Kebek'.
