Let's hope this comes to PS4/PS5 as a remaster/remake. This game is awesome. Hear me out: When I bought my playstation 2, this was my first game. I spent all day playing it after buying, but I didn't have a memory card back then. I had to shut it down. A couple days later, with my memory card ready, when I reached the same part where I was before a little surprise: I was like 20 min near the ending of the game. I'll never forget this, this game is just THAT good.

i playing this on 2005 with my childhood friends ,acting sleep on the night and sneak to turn on the game just made me speechless watching how good this game graphics back in the day
Don’t know how this was in my recommendation on here but I’m all for it. Onimusha 3’s my favorite of the series. Really wished they would remaster this game. Absolutely loved this series.
I still love that they actually got jean Reno to voice Jaque when he speaks French in the english version, wonder if he did the whole in in the French version?
In Europe, the game was released with subtitles in 5 languages, but keeping the same dub. As far as I know, Reno was also going to dub the parts where the character speaks in English ( the biggest part of the fame). He couldn't do it though, due to schedule problems.
Onimusha 3 is the best because it has the best music, best controls and best gameplay and it beats oni 2 in every way and this game doesn't require to use the directional pads to move the character which is really annoying and btw my opinion and i don't care about people saying that oni 2 is "better" than oni 3
All the sword fighting I did in these Onimusha games,prepared me later on for all the sword fighting I would later be doing in the Dark Souls games. Things happen for a reason.I was prepared when I begin Dark souls,and Demon Souls.And also got good training , by Tenchu,as well.
How is the quality of this so good @ 1080p!? Impressed by how good the footage looks. If only they rereleased it on current gen platforms to look just like this.
Hope there'll be an Onimusha 5 in the near future, with the lead protagonist being Samanosuke's (and maybe Ako's) child or maybe descendant (an Onimusha in the modern world)

Nioh doesn’t suck nor does sekiro both games are different and unique sekiro is more difficult out of the souls games while nioh has its own difficulty spike and it’s more related to onimusha than the souls games . Both games are good it depends who is playing it
yes. they featured his character model and a few lines of dialogue as a selling point. but it ended up as let down as the few lines he had were in french and quickly replaced by some generic english voice actor.
The true ending is that if you collect all hidden cloth for Ako, then she will become a real human girl in the end as you see and be Samanoske's BXXCH~ ;)
I still dont know what happened to Ako in Dawn of dreams. She stayed with Samanosuke, and he changed his name to Tenkai.. but when we meet him again in Dawn of dreams, Ako is not with him in the temple. Does someone know about this? Why is she gone?
Luna Silver Ako changed her name to Arin, just like Samanosuke did with Tenkai, so the girl that it's in the temple with the white robe is Ako. Both changed their names.
This is one of the first games on my PC back in 2007, but this game hard as hell. I can't beat it then, and i can't now. And they say that Devil May Cry is hard. Hell nah! Devil May Cry is a child's play compare to this game!
At first i was playing it on keyboard too, but i buyed myself a gamepad few years after that, and played it on gamepad, and even then i could not beat it. I even cheated, and even then i could not beat it, cause sometimes you just don't know where to go in that game and what to do, so i'm stuck almost at the end, on the level with that guard dog boss battle. But i didn't get to that boss, cause i stuck in the middle of that level.
I will, somtimes, but not now, cause i don't want to play it now, cause now i'm playing Saits Row The Third, and then in my plans to play Saints Row 4.
i really cant accept the fact that Tenkai and Samanosuke are the same person...wish they made Tenkai a new character instead of Samanosuke...and kept Samanosuke as youthful as he is in Oni 3 to DoD...i just hate when he became second to Soki...for me Samanosuke is still the most powerful Onimusha
I never really understand why he suddenly became old (and in the same time not because he still looks like he is in his fourties) while Hideyoshi looks always the same...

Onimusha 3 had the better Gameplay, I simply liked the whole alternative Story-Route thing in Onimusha 2 a lot better.
