Okay here is a more reliable way of conquering those Star Wars caves:
Build walls and fortifications!
The enemy usually dont break them (or throw thermal detonators at them) if you are not on the actual obstackle.
So what I do is block of the ways that lead to me, stand on top and kill them with any and every ditance weapon I get my hand on. (starting with my crossbow)
Bad ping and server lags killed me more often than the actual monsters.
Second tip: forget the Regneration Charm.
Its useless in Expert mode!
You wont live long enough for it to regen your health.
Instead go for the Hearty Totem.
It will keep you add perma 3 additional hearts and heals any damage that only takes those additional hearts in a few seconds.
Basically it does, what we want the regen Charm to do.
Yea but its still better to use the regeneration charm if you die bro...💀

Kaz the easiest method to get through the Star Wars frost caves is to block off all paths with 2-3walls thick then set up stairs behind then just bob and weave up and down the stairs until you kill them all.

HUGE TIP: forget the spicy burgers, place camp fires on TOP of frostland cave 1-3 (depending on # of inner fire charms) you will not be “freezing” nor “cold” when you enter 👍🏽

It doesn’t work when you get further down into the cave.
Next time you should try bringing Thermal Detonators or Dynamite, especially for the last stage.

Loved the video @Kazify! Can't wait for the next video man! Personally, I'd grab at least one of my Villagers and Gear them up to go with me, and then take a Vehicle to the Caves so that it's a bit less of a Journey.
Gear:
• Recurve Crossbow (Epic, Triple Damage).
• 2 Stacks of at least 70 Arrows each.
• Longsword (Epic, Triple Damage).
• A Stack of about 60 or 70 Snowberry Shakes.
• A Stack of about 60 or 70 Spicy Burgers.
• Inner Fire Charm (Highest Possible Rarity).
• Health Charm (Highest Possible Rarity).
• Maybe a Totem of Return (Not sure if these can also help save your Villagers as well).
And I'd probably build an American M3 Half-Track and/or an M4A3(Late) Sherman Medium Tank just to get around a bit faster as well. While we can't actually bring our Vehicle Builds into the Caves, Just having them on the Trip to and from the Caves is still nice even if builds like these can't be completely used.

Some times enemies in this game have god like aim! They did not design the game for you to be able to never take damage and dodge everything. Enemies will BS you! there is also a stun effect when you take few hits back to back. That will kill you in Expert mode!
Me and my son did them, BUT you need a crap ton of arrows and then what we would do is wall up ramps or parts they can get through before they know you are there..then when they swarm they can't get anywhere near you and you can pick them off from a distance. The desert and snow caves on SW Island are pretty hard for sure. But the desert especially since the update has Ruby in them and man its a ton of it!! Got like at least 3-4 stacks from just one cave! Sw Island is honestly pretty overpowered resource wise 😅 besides sapphire and cursed bones you honestly can start a world and pretty much never need to touch the mainland

I started mine and haven’t touched mainland for anything. So you literally can just live in Star Wars which is what I’ve been doing.
You have to pickup your missed arrows to stay stocked not just leave them. Also stay up on the top ledges and figure out how to arrow at huge distance they don't run up to you then (and tend to even get confused and stand in one place for easy pickings). Yes you have to aim super ridiculous high for the arrow drop but once you get the general feel it's not too bad to get hits almost every shot (and once a test arrow hits remember the offset aim point).
I like using the "HEARTY TOTEM" for fights in Expert mode.
it will give you 4+3 hearts when full.
it means, after a quick healing using the snowberry shake you will get full hearts + 3 extra
eating pizza gives you more extra hearts but takes too much time IMO
When you respawned in the lake my heart stopped!

I've cleared out 3 ice caves so far in mine,slurp juice and regen really helps out plus just being good with the shield
Also a Tip what i do for food is have a lv 10 village put everyone on cooking( prefer tomatohead and beefburger) but only have the oven placed. You get so many pizza's en pies because they cant make other food.
Villagers that clog things can be moved with the fishing rod. Same as livestock.

Man, you did good in that frostlands cave. This is, in my opinion, your best video so far.
Every bed in those caves is made of 20 feathers and 1 wool fabric. That means 2 stacks of arrows for each one if you make a crafting bench inside the cave.
kaz hears a good tip for caves like that bowcasters have lots of spread so you hit lots of enemies at the same time

If you make the snow berry into seeds you get double and they also give you snowberry shakes
TIP FOR ALL CAVE HUNTERS IN STAR WARS EVENT!!!
U need to kill the General (the grey one without amour) otherwise he calls Reinforcements. So try to get this guy first.

thermal detonators are good for initiating storm trooper caves a lot of burst damage of the bat
I was hoping the devs would allow to put materials in the wall mount to label chests and what not
I have done it with only a purple crossbow and food ofcourse. There are spots where you can go and shoot them from above. On the last one you go on the highest point of the castle and crouch and shoot.
The thermal detonators do some damage if ya throw them into a group
I literally build walls to block the pathways then stairs to shoot from above. If they cant see you they don't attack. They seem to be drawn to the campfires too, so i usually place them on the other side of the wall. Then when the area is cleared move onto the next pathway and block ect 😅

Am I the only one that would build bases inside of this cave😅 I would build walls and floors on top and shoot them from there. I also would build the floors 4 lvls thick cause they will break your builds as your getting shot at lol.
No you arent, but I usually build the walls to block the enemy away from me, and use the natural shooting points to kill them.
But thanks for the advice of multi layer walls to keep them off my hearts!

I am good enough, but there are to many.
And the mix of close combat and shooters is just really heavy, especially with the camera being so close to you.

Yo! After 10000 attempts at going back and forth I finally got polar peely!
I’m pretty sure that giving snowberry seeds to cows it has a 100% chance to give a snowberry shake (with a grain mill you get 2 seeds per berry)
Ok I had to check this because I thought they canned it recently. In the current version you have to give a cow FOUR snowberries to get 1 shake. You cannot give them 4 snowberry seeds for a shake though, it requires 8. Which is the same amount as 4 berries. It did used to be 1 per berry and 1 per seed, but it's been changed. There is an update tonight so that may change again, but I kind of doubt it, it'll probably just be bug fixes.

I think every cave is different low key bc I easily cleared out the 1st stages of two Star Wars desert caves and then I died like 5 times trying to empty my third. If they all come at you with blasters there’s really nothing you can do.

0:45 when a villager is exploring with you and dies no matter they are not part of your village, if they are following you they will respawn near you again 😔

@@thivan233 bizarrely enough if you die in this scenario the villager is still with you when you respawn in expert. Polar Peely Leroy Jenkins’d himself into a battle with those insane navy blue knights in the frost biome and I tried to save him and got smoked before he did.

Hey kaz how do I get a crap ton of arrows or feathers?
You now if you have the healing charm you don't need to eat
Unless you have a lot of enemies trying their best to kill you.
The regen charm is far to slow for expert mode.
Try the Hearty Totem instead.
I found a glitch were when you find a skeleton wolf you kill it then you leave and rejoin that server and then walk away a bit and then walk back and then a skeleton wolf will spawn I have over a stack of skeleton wolf bones now😅
