Tammy if only I could I reach through this screen and give you a hug. I listened to your video on how you lost the weight and a light went off in my head. I have not been able to lose a pound in years. I only had 10 miserable pounds around my waist but so very uncomfortable. When you said not to deprive yourself or cut out food groups it all made perfect sense. I have been always cutting out one thing than another and actually feeling sad that I couldn’t eat. I made myself a program of how many calories per meal and per snacks like you said and I am never hungry or deprived. It is so simple. I can eat whatever except high carbs and I always push the protein. Today I am down 6 pounds and that is in a week. I can never thank you enough. You could write a diet book and put an end to people living near starvation with no results. I love your channel and you are beautiful inside and out. A Fan for sure. 🎉

People are going to judge something about us no matter what. Be like a dog, pee on it, and move on! I’m 55/56 in May and I just don’t care what others think of me anymore. Be yourself. I will never have the gorgeous gray/white that you have - our family doesn’t gray that way. It’s mousy brown with what I call “silver tinsel” and it is what it is.

In Italy they don't use any preservatives so everything is so fresh and healthy. There are online markets that you can buy your meats and cheeses from Italy. Let me tell you there is such a difference in the quality of food. My family is from Sicily so I still have relatives there, and whenever we have gone to visit the food is just unbelievably delicious. Greece is the same way. Congratulations to your brother and his new bride.

Hi Tammy. I really enjoyed this video. Your brother finding happiness is wonderful. I will say, I had to chuckle when you said his first wife was the most wicked person you ever met. Thankfully, my experience is just the opposite. Been married 48 years to the most wonderful man so I could never imagine life with anyone else. At 67 there will no doubt be anyone else for me.
Though I still color my hair and do it myself, I do it to please myself. However, if I were to see you out for the first time, I would think that lady's hair is beautiful! To pull off gray hair or colored for that matter it must be well taken care of. I have seen long gray hair that is so thin on the ends it would benefit that person to go with a strong blunt cut on the ends. Same with colored hair.
Also, when you were talking about not caring what people think about you, I have often thought of this saying which I have had to tell myself, "If YOU don't act like it's a big deal, no one else will either."

I’m a new subscriber and decided to go back to this early stage of your white hair grow out. I’m doing the same and your positivity is really helping me to stick with it. But I know what you mean here because already I am loving seeing my two inches of white hair growth. It’s really exiting and I do believe your natural hair matches your changing skin. I also have long hair at 64 and no way will I be cutting it!! ❤
Congratulations to your brother and his wife. I was also blessed when I met my husband (2nd marriage for the both of us) going on 38 years in May, I thank God everyday for sending this wonderful man in my life. On the Doodles grooming, have you ever tried Woof Gang Bakery and Grooming, I know they have locations in Florida, don’t know if you have one near you. My Dobi has to get a medicated bath every 2 weeks, he’s a Sheltie and we’ve been doing this for over 3 years, since I go so often they gave me a break, bless them. He has the same groomer that I book his appointments for the whole year. He’s excellent and what I love about them is that it’s by appointment only, just like you make for your hairdresser, they are never put in a kennel, 15 minutes before he’s done they call to let you know he will be ready in 15 minutes. Sorry for going on and on but I love my Dobi and will do whatever I have to for him, we’re blessed that we are able to. Beautiful wedding photos, you and Lou make such a beautiful couple.🥰
My cousin also married a nasty, nasty woman. When his youngest was 18, he finally left her, let her keep the house, the car, everything, and yet she was still nasty and said horrible things about him to the kids and they took her side believing he left "them"... but he tried very hard to keep in touch. Anyway, finally they divorced, he was on his own longer than her, and now has a lovely wife....the saddest part, is to waste so much of your life on a greedy, selfish, nasty person, who supposed to be your life partner, but seems to make it their lifes mission to make your life a misery!!! Why do they do that????
You look amazing. Best thing that happened during covid for me was letting my hair go grey. Now I can enjoy my hair appointments by just having a trim instead of the hours wasted having a colour done.

Tammy, I am older than you and I still get night sweats. I have had them since I was around 20 years old! Not nearly as often but its a gift that keeps giving.

Hi Tammy, when I turned 60 I decided to let the hair go, it was the best thing I did as well. My husband thought it would make me look old. Now he can't stop looking at me, constantly telling me how pretty I look. Just last week I was sitting at Starbucks waiting for my friend to get her drink, when this woman came over from across the room and said "I hope you don't mind, I just wanted to come over and tell you how beautiful your hair is. " I thanked her very much, and she left to go back to her table. The funny thing was my hair was up in a pony tail, because I had just gotten off work, so you couldn't even get a true idea of what it actually looked like. :-)

Hi Tammy, thanks for the skin product update. As for hair products, I wanted to let you know that I tried the L'oreal Molecular Repair and I loved it...until, I tried the new Kerastase Premiere line that just launched! Sephora stores are getting the new product in now. This is their new "bonding/repair" line, which uses citric acid. I purchased the pre-shampoo, shampoo, conditioner and leave in serum. My hair feels like new! And trust me I've tried the original Olaplex, K18, the Redken line (which is also pretty good) and this one works great for my thin hair. I also use Amika's 60-second smoothing rinse out to control frizz as well. It made my hair so silky. I balance these products with either the Briogeo mega moisture mask or the Christophe Robin prickly pear seed oil regenerating mask for moisture. Bisous!
I almost gave up on the hourglass tinted veil. I was putting it on with my fingers. Didn't work. Tried the brush. Didn't work. Then watched you apply and yay!! The sponge worked beautifully!!

Definitely do a Mediterranean cruise, Tammy! We went on one pre-cV, and I cannot wait to go back! I actually used your medication combo rec for motion sickness, and the Seabands. I did well with that combo. The good thing about the Med cruise is that you usually don’t have a full day at sea, so you get to get off the ship & walk around the solid earth each day. 😆 I definitely think that helps!

My doodle is the best car rider ever. He goes everywhere with me unless it is too hot. I too have had issues finding a good groomer since I've moved to Kansas. I'm on my 4th groomer and am hopeful, but it is $100 plus tip to have him groomed. I need to learn to groom him myself and have all the tools just not the skill.
There are some really good videos online...I just googled grooming a doodle...I groom Harlee and Lulah about every 5 weeks to keep the matts away...

Best wishes to your brother & his wife. That was a beautiful wedding. I had 2 poodles that I groomed myself. It was expensive to have them groomed. I figured I was a cosmetologist so I could do it myself. They always looked cute. One just loved being groomed. He loved the blow dryer. The other didn’t mind the cutting but hated the blow dryer. It is back breaking work. You do a wonderful job grooming Harley & Lula. Bisous, Lucy
It's never too late. Lol I'm following in my grandma's and aunties tradition of marring way later in life. We are 70 and 62 when it comes to happyness age doesn't matter. Congratulations to your brother and his new wife.

I have two standard poodles and been grooming since they were puppies. My older girl went to a grooming when she was a puppy and was shaking uncontrollably when I picked her up. I felt horrible. So , I learned to groom her myself. Since I felt comfortable doing it, I found a sister for my girl. Now I groom two. They compete for best looks when done. They are funny.

You are sooo right about being so afraid. I kept dying my hair red every 3 weeks. I refused to go gray until after my son’s wedding because I didn’t want to appear “old”.
Well I have NEVER received so many compliments on my other colors as I have on my silver gray hair! Again, men and women. They even comment, surprised, that I am beautiful as if they never saw me a ton of times before😂

I decided decades ago that I did not care about how my arms looked; They are large and I wear sleeves all the time; I don't care; I decided not to care because at the time I had gain weight and I was in my 30's; I figured I should enjoy them since I knew that as I aged they would get wobbly and wrinkled; I have lost weight they are smaller but they are wobbly and I still don't care. To each their own. You look fabulous!

I never got as many compliments with my hair when it was blonde as I do now that it is silver. You look gorgeous, hair and body. I agree with them! Yes, your hair is beautiful and the color is fabulous on you. I know my hair would be a mousy salt and pepper shade. I remember how my mother’s turned out. Mom hated it and went back to her light brown hair. My aunt’s color was gorgeous. It was platinum/white and she was more olive toned. My mother’s skin tone was light medium. My coloring is like my mamas. I know I’ll never be ready to give up the blonde roots.

Tammy your yard and home reminds me of a beautiful home owned by a famous star in the 30s. Love it. I have a silky and , I had someone come to house to groom for 80 dollars . Emily hates other dogs. I’m on a fixed income now, so I’m grooming myself. Poor dog, but I’m learning. Your sweet Doodles look great! Beautiful wedding ! You looked fabulous❤
I’m about to turn 74 and still having night sweats and a few hot flashes during the day! I didn’t think they were supposed to last forever! I live in the Pacific Northwest so no air conditioning!
Some women have them for the rest of their lives....I have had them since 57...I am set to turn 65...

I just purchased the Brooks Ghost sneakers after hearing your recommendation. Went to a good Athletics shop this morning, where they scanned my feet and based on that, and trying on 5 pairs of the top contenders, BROOKS GHOST WON BY A LANDSLIDE for for me. They told me that inventories of Ghost is way down nationwide, as Brooks is coming out with the updated GHOSTs in May. So if you can wait, you should have better luck.

Ran across a piece of information so thought I’d share. I went to my podiatrist a few months ago and while there complained about not being able to find decent walking shoes (for 4+) miles. I have two pair of on cloud which are light but that’s about it. He had some too and understood my issue and so recommended Hoka brand, lines either Bondi or Clifton. I bought Bondi but next time will try Clifton. I feel they also run a little small, especially when padded as these are. Everyone’s feet are different but am very pleased with the padding and support. I found them at Dicks Sporting Goods. I did try on the Brooks not not as good for me as Hoka. One of our walkers with wide feet loves her Brooks and swears by them so two brands to look at. Good Luck walkers.
I have two pair of HOKA...they are good but not as comfy for my foot...I am trying a new version and a new brand recommended to me...Gdefy...waiting for them to come in...will let you know!

Tammy, I have 4 dogs.One of them didn't like/know how to swim in the pool. The others can't wait to get outside to get in it. We decided to to go Dick's Sporting Goods to the hunting section I believe it was and got her a Dog Life Vest. Put it on her. It has a pair of handles, so we put her in the water and showed her a couple of times how to swim and how to get out. Now there's no way that she will get out when playing in the pool time comes. You should give it a try.
Also, when you wear those tank tops like in this video, what type of bra do you were so that that straps don't show? I always go with strapless bra.

I am absolutely fine with this weight...if I were not focused on building muscle it would be different...I look very healthy now...muscle makes all the difference...🥰

Can you recommend a good dog clipper? I need one that can also do the feet as my border collie mix gets the grinch feet! I use scissors now but I think clippers would be easier.
