Regardless if it ends with "entertainment" or "records", Hump help built that Suckerfree name and brand. Flip adding "records" behind it was just a way to cash in on the groundwork Hump put in without cutting him in or having to acknowledge his legacy

Go put up an ad online for rappers, you will get thousands of replies to that ad. Now do the same thing with putting up an ad for an investor for music. You're lucky if you get a reply. Flip easily could have been unsuccessful for whatever reason. Flip wouldn't have to pay Hump back if it didn't work out so Flip wins either way it goes.

He went and copyrighted the Sucker Free name knowing that brand didn't originate with him. People get killed for less, especially in the streets.
imagine being a 40 year old drug dealer trying to groom your kid's friends at school, debowing your way into their life, and trying to ride his coat tail because you see DJ Screw giving him awards for winning freestyle battles and he's has more star potential than your own kid. Hump ain't right with his own family and he still trying to leach off Flip. Hump thinks something is owed to him when he never did the work. He would have made more money by doing Flip right than he ever made as a low level drug dealer. Look at Humps credentials, he's an idiot, liar, fraud, etc etc etc, people get killed for less than that. The one thing Hump is, is persistent. That's got him real far in life.

If Flip had it all figured out and had motion before Hump as he claimed, why didn't Flip's daddy or grandparents invest in him? According to Flip they all came from an entrepreneur background right? If he had as much motion as he claimed, why didn't they step up? If Flip had so motion, why did it take Hump 3 years of investing into Flip before Flip got signed to Sony? Why didnt he just sign directly to a major instead of messing with Hump? The answer is Flip needed Hump then but when he signed to Sony he didnt want to cut HSE or Hump into his show money or royalties now that he had the white boys funding his career
