#1 The most important team of all time
Which team in the history of FC St. Pauli was the most important? And: What does "important" even mean in this context? Celina, Christoph, Christopher and Thomas address these questions in the pilot episode of "FCSP Stories" - the podcast of the FC St. Pauli Museum.
Which FCSP team had the greatest influence on the development of the club and the fan scene? Who had to overcome the biggest obstacles to play football at Millerntor? The answers could hardly be more different:
Christoph introduces a team that missed out on promotion by a spectacular margin, but nevertheless (or perhaps precisely because of this) left its mark on FC St. Pauli in a decisive way. Celina tells of a team that was not a team at all - and therefore had to fight for respect and recognition like no other. Christopher shows how an amateur team and an unloved coach contributed to a real big bang in the club's development.

Einiges war mir bekannt, einiges nicht. Einiges habe ich auch ehrlich gesagt verdrängt, ganz konkret wie der Umgang mit Frauen war, einfach weil es so unsagbar beschämend ist. Sicherlich ganz gut das mal in Erinnerung gerufen zu bekommen. Klasse das die Frauen die Widerstände überwinden konnten!
Toll natürlich auch die Geschichten rund um St. Paulis größtem Schatz, die Amateure!
Insgesamt vielen Dank für eine tollen Podcast. Zum Glück bin ich spät dran und kann in jedem Fall bis Folge 13 direkt weiter die Folgen anhören.
