I so miss Mob Wives! My dream combo - housewives and mafia. I grew to really love the ladies on the show. The fact that they had history w/each other and true friendships which makes a huge impact. Great to see Renee and RIP Big Ang.

The fact the show abruptly ended left us with so many questions. I loved watching the show because the juxtaposition against the Real House Wives franchise was just fascinating. You knew when Rene and the ladies were pissed, they were actually going to war! 😂 and like Rene said, it felt taboo, and that kept me coming back for more. RIP Big Ang 🕊️

I miss the ladies! And I love Renee and people like her. She is real. REAL! That is important. I love Teresa Giudice too for the same reason. Whether they are being extremely ugly or extremely beautiful, they are being the real and genuine them. They arent faking it until they make it because that causes substance abuse and mental illness. They are their true authentic selves with no apologies. They own their mistakes, they love their families and they are perfectly imperfect. No one wants to take an interest in a fictional character. I prefer the real. Thank you beautiful ladies for being exactly who you are! Much love!!

It's just the name of RHOC that was inspired by The OC and Desperate Housewives not the concept for the show itself. RHOC began as kind of a documentary show detailing the lives of people living in the gated community called Coto de Caza and they were calling it "Behind the Gates". When they wanted to change the name as the show was being further developed that's when the inspiration came from The OC and Desperate Housewives. They wanted to call it "The Real Housewives of the OC" but feared getting backlash from Fox so they changed it to Orange County.

Well yes the audio is there only place to listen on Apple and Spotify in WHOLE so you listen to the full thing there? the videos here do always go in order and last all day and sometimes two days but you are able to listen to the full audio on apple and spotify

The reason the Mob Wives franchise was such a huge hit was because on reality Tv in the 2000’s/2010’s, at that time, there was other reality tv shows that showed fighting drama family etc. but most of the time, it was black people acting a fool and we loved to see it (duh) but the mob wives were basically European American woman, tied to the mafia, based in the most popular city in America, NYC, showing their ties to the underworld of Mafia, and them basically being street bxtches they are, raised in under the codes, whooping each others ass, and showing the real life and ties to family & husbands getting indicted & murdered in the American Cosa Nostrand. no script. All real. This is why they blew up. It was something reality TV never seen or had before! Mob Wives was the shit. Even Victoria Gotti. She talked smack about it at the beginning probably not thinking the show would take of how it did and then look 5 seasons later her ass was right on it making two appearances 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 this was the best reality Tv Show based in New York on VH1z Love and hip pop NY too. But this was some real shit. #MOB

Sorry, have to disagree a little, the concept of Mob wives 100% came off the back of Real Housewives. People have always loved NJ because of the Italian family dynamic and there were always hints of Mafia associations ( although personally I think they were just trying to make themselves look more important than they really were) Then as Renee says, along came this group of women that were the real deal and producers struck gold !
