@@DanielReckerBF4No one in the Catholic Church ever worship saints. We literally recite the Apostles/Nicene Creed in every mass stating "We believe in one God". Veneration of saints is not adoration of them to the point we Catholics think they are diety. We are honoring them for their are great heroic examples of what a Christian should be.
