I really enjoy your channel, sir. You classified me about 15 years ago, even though I wasn't up to much of anything. I remember you being respectful, friendly even. Not the typical experience while dealing with correctional staff. I even ended doing a brief internship with DOC myself. Keep up the great work!
I worked in adolescent mental health close to this community and I agree with your take on it being a disaster. A lot of sheltered an uneducated people out there but videos like this absolutely help with that. This is a super rad video thank you!
I remember that whole area. I watched it turn from parties to dope, sex and violence. I moved away and became a soldier, real estate investor and construction worker. Now I'm in a new ghetto. Sometimes I miss my childhood friends, but I never go back.
i grew up on 29th and thistle, its kinda trippy seeing people i KNOW in this video, i seen alot of these war playout first hand and alot of people i know are dead.
You should interview me im a Elm Street member and ive seen over a dozen documentaries about gangs im been involved with and warred with and i didn't know they had all this on the Internet i know some of the first Crips and Hoovers and i grew up with UL VL SSL and i was a member of BMG and 187 block MP SS
@@EricAdkinson There is a video on the Net that just came out on Cali East Bay Area/Seattle Rapper/Elm Piru "ÀWAX" that is pretty interesting. He worked with Nortenos Rappers Woodie (RIP) and "Big Tone". I've interviewed thousands of Gs in custody and a few former ones on this show. Been looking for more and many expressed interest but most always get spooked when it comes down to the day. If anyone reads this and is serious about telling your story hit me up gangpreventionservices@gmail.com

@@mrvaj2021 Now that I think of it, I believe he tried join VL but they rejected him which probably explains his intense hate of them later. If you really know him then you would have followed him on FB too and see he's claimed PBS for years. He was in my jail several times and I had to provide him a text phone. I know him and all the PBS and their Movidas extremely well.
