I literally just bought the Standard Line Neptune 1000mm X 500mm. It feels so nice to me. I find it wild that you uploaded this like 3 days after mine got delivered
My Hyperion arrived today and I'm in love. Also been using the A50's for a few days now and they are just perfect for COD and turning my brain off after work.
Play almost exclusively Valorant (around 2500 hours since launch) and have literally always used a Qck SteelSeries pad. Just ordered a blue Hyperion xxl in soft and will come back with an opinion once i have some play time and am somewhat adjusted. I main a Pulsar X2H. Thanks for your work/content as always Brian. Cheers UPDATE: About 3 days into swapping and it's really good. The mouse is slower forsure but it doesn't feel like there's more friction at all. I hate to use this word but I really do feel like I have more control. Especially with micro adjustments in game. There might be a slight increase in first bullet accuracy but that could just be placebo. The SteelSeries pad is faster and is not as soft as the Hyperion. The Hyperion feels squishier and the weave is different. The bottom doesn't feel sticky or tacky to touch but I haven't experienced any slipping. (wood desktop) This is very specific to me but I have a husky mix who has pretty coarse short hair and they would constantly get stuck into the weave of the SteelSeries pad and would have to be picked out individually or I could feel them when sliding my hand/arm across. This is not an issue with the Hyperion pad. My first thought when switching was to up my sens but I readjusted in about 2 days and now my normal sens feels perfectly naturally. I've always been a very slow sens player in Valorant starting at .17 800 dpi in 2020 and am now up to .31 800 dpi. If you have considering getting this pad and are similar to me as some of yall mentioned I think you would enjoy this mousepad. Just keep in mind it is not as fast as the Qck from SteelSeries and is substantially softer but not muddy. Enjoy EDIT: The xxl does not flatship I don't remember if he mentions that in the video but it ships in a large tube with it rolled facing outwards. It laid perfectly flat right away with no problem.
I bought a Saturn Pro a few months back. Was using just a table wide mat before. It definitely feels like a quality mouse pad and my shots do feel more accurate in games (also using Viper V3 Pro, placed on top a Secretlab Magnus Pro deskmat)
Really wished they put the Hyperion at a slightly slower speed than the Saturn. Saturn feels kinda fast to me too, even faster than the zero when new. It seems that the mousepad space is just filled with fast textured pads, faster control pads (zero or saturn) or just reallyyy slow pads (jupiter, gsr). Hope they try to fill that gap next with a speed that is just 1 notch below the zero and saturn. I actually find myself using the inked gaming pad all the time because its seems to have the perfect balance for a control pads even though the quality isn’t the best.
I think control pads are underrated in general. Most average people who aren't super sweaty top of the leader board types will most likely play better with a control pad. I haven't cycled through my (large) pad collection in a while, but I have fond memories of the Vaxee pads.
I started out with the Regular OG Saturn and eventually wanted to try out the Poron base Pro series of the Saturn. I found that over time, the Pro soft version felt like it developed slow spots from getting dirtier over-time. I constantly felt the need to have to go and wash it in the bathtub with soap and water. I had the same experience as you had actually where I moved back to the OG Saturn and felt like I was more consistent on it without the pad squishiness variability (Spent 100 bucks on the XXL of the Pro series as well F). I also felt like I had more humidity issues with the Pro series over the OG Saturn. Tried out a bunch of different types of pads after that. Glass, hybrid, Speed-cloth stuff like that, but I just came back to the Saturn every time for some reason. It seems like its the pad that just "works" without having to get finicky with dot skates, sleeves, and all that. Maybe I'll try the Jupiter at some point, but my only concern is it slowing down MASSIVELY over time, and having really intense humidity speed changes.
How would you rank them on comfort? Meaning the feeling on the skin when you move your arm around. I honestly just want a pad that feels nice to touch after a long day at work.
I like lgg stuff and have used a few of their pads. Like the speed rating a lot. Generally the most important thing for me is how well does the stitching hold up as well as the surface. I picked up a jupiter when they did a big discount just to try it out since I've always used speed pads and don't particularly notice it being too slow or anything. I'm not heavy handed so that might play a part but the pad definitely feels fast enough but brings down drift by being a touch tackier and preventing inertial movement on the mouse
I just got a Hyperion (coming from a vanilla Saturn). Running a FM ULX Comp. Mostly play PUBG/Delta Force (Ops and Warfare). First impression was... I had to do very little adjustment. Took me about a day to feel at home with the pad. So yeah, not a "massive" jump in speed from the Saturn. The one area I'm struggling is correcting recoil jumps on long range sprays. I'm definitely over correcting or overthinking and not correcting enough. I think I just need to learn to make smaller movements or mess with the sens a bit. TBF, I'm also coming off transitioning from a ROG Harpe ACE to the ULX, which is a decent drop in weight/speed.
you also may just need a different pad. not 100% guaranteed of course, but that could be the case. sometimes i want to like a new piece of equipment more than i am actually able to. Gotta keep it real with whats real, you know?
Late to the party but this video is perfect! I’m not trying to get too sweaty but def want something better than my current pad, just ordered a Jupiter Pro! Also, love that keeb on your desk, got an id on it?
Is the only difference between the basic and Pro lineups the base material and variable softness? Always been curious if it's worth the extra money for the Pro series if you're not interested in soft. Also, to anyone curious about Lethal pads: I have a first-batch LGG Venus on my desk. I got it when they originally launched in late '21 or early '22 (I can't even remember anymore, it's been so long) and it's been a solid performer. The pad is still in good shape, and the only noticeable wear on the pad is the stitching fraying along the bottom edge where my wrist constantly rubs against it. It's stood up well to the test of time, and I would buy another LGG pad in a heartbeat. I'm curious about the Jupiter, only because I'm old and slow and my aim absolutely sucks on fast pads nowadays.
Love the videos you put out and keep them coming! I am currently using the BadSeed desk mat and have been since it came out. Would you say the Jupiter pro is more controlled or faster than your pad?
It seemed like you preferred soft over firm, but you recommended firm for the Jupiter Pro near the end. Am I misunderstanding? Not sure if I should get soft or firm.
Weird that you said Jupiter I have a Saturn pro and it’s because it was recommended to me by a tech reviewer Is there a huge difference between them ? Or should I just stick to what I have ?
Ah yes, i picked up a blue sp xsoft, matches nicely with my anodized blue keyboard. I also have a black and a red in my drawers, I’m not one to go down the rabbit hole myself, but these were a huge quality upgrade after my cloth pads.
If I order the Jupiter instead of the Saturn this time do I have to admit that means I’m getting older? 🤔 There seems like there could be a correlation. 😂 Good stuff as always Brian! 👍
I have been on a OG Saturn after your recommendation as a pairing to my first real lightweight Mouse and I have since switched to a Keycgron M4 still on the Saturn and while it is very nice I think I might have to give the Jupiter and or Hyperion a chance given that what I play is very mixed, from CoD to Overwatch and CS. While I think Fingertip might be my way to go as it felt way better on my first day of using it I think a different Surface under the Mouse might help a ton, especially for first time finger tippers (lol)
Somehow Saturn pro soft feels thicker than Jupiter pro xsoft while website tells you opposite. Love my lethal gaming pads. BTW I was looking for a new lethal gaming mat day before you uploaded your video, get out of my head!! hehe
Tired several increasingly expensive cloth pads over the last several years until I got fed up with trying (and failing) to clean the ever-increasing buid-up of grime. Finally landed on a Wallhack glass pad and can't imagine using anything else. It's as low-maintenance as it gets.
I'm currently rocking the ' Infinity-mice ' v2 speed ( mid hardness ) with the BeastX mini But i have been debating a Saturn / Zero esk pad for a bit, just to try it
I've been using the x-ray aqua control for years now. I've had 3 of them due to hyperhydrosis in my hands. Have any reccomendations for something similiar that has good water resistence? Even hand cleaning the fibers just don't pop back how they're supposed to
Good video thanks. Weight of mouse is a big factor, light mouse on slower pad nice, heavy mouse likes a faster pad for similar result. Something to keep in mind.
Relatable. Im fortunate to get a lot of pads sent here (and have bought a ton of Artisans) and I shelved all of them when the first Saturn Pro showed up.
I play CS2 pretty competively on ESEA. Iv tried ALOT of pads... like alot... I did enjoy the jupiter when I first got it but during long sessions I felt my arm getting pretty tired. I decided to try some faster pads...(venues, mercury, saturn, and Neptune). My main 2 pads are currently Saturn and Neptune. Saturn is definitely most consistent and easiest to master but once you get used to the Neptune and you train your flicks its the better pad IMO
Hi friend, how are you doing? This is not the right video, but how do you move in this world of keyboards? Do you know about a new model of the Anne Pro, the 3? Greetings and continue with the good content :)

Will always be indebted to Lethal ever since they took extraordinarily good care of me. Dylan is a shining light in the scene fr

Crazy how that works. I’m probably gonna throw down for a deskmat size. Really wish the Jupiter came in that new Hyperion blue.
Last time I was this early badseed didn't have a beard
My Hyperion arrived today and I'm in love. Also been using the A50's for a few days now and they are just perfect for COD and turning my brain off after work.
Im glad you made this video with all new lethal gaming pads cause I was debating on which one to get and yiu made it easier for me.

I am pretty sure that the Hyperion will be faster for you tbh - let us know if you want to update your progress/review with the pad.
I'm gonna comment here hoping I can remember to come back to this
X2h es here. Man I love that mouse
my man we’re almost similar
@@davidzambrano9126 i also ordered a X2H v3 mini which i’m very curious to see how it fits me compared to the medium
Great video can't wait for your audio vids coming up.
AHHH ive been waiting for this

i still have my razer goliathus 2014

Hyperion and Jupiter soft or xsoft are the most comfortable in that regard
My Saturn is staying on my desk until it starts fraying. Jupiter Pro looking mighty nice after all of this
thx for the vid a lot of help undertanding and i didnt even knoe the venus wass off production

What variant did you use here for the Jupiter (xsoft, soft, firm)?
Just to be clear the Hyperion isn’t like a one time drop or limited edition? Also what did I see a different headset then the Audiezz Maxwell?
It seemed like you preferred soft over firm, but you recommended firm for the Jupiter Pro near the end. Am I misunderstanding?
Not sure if I should get soft or firm.

I have a Saturn pro and it’s because it was recommended to me by a tech reviewer

Nice vid mate
Where would you put the AC Pro Neon Mid in your preference between the LGG pads?
Dylan is a great guy.

try the neptune
Great vid badseed. Will you be makin a vid on the new pulsar x2 crazylight?
We’re back baby!!
I'm currently rocking the ' Infinity-mice ' v2 speed ( mid hardness ) with the BeastX mini
But i have been debating a Saturn / Zero esk pad for a bit, just to try it
Go for the Saturn Pro. I had an Artisan Zero FX before I tried the Saturn Pro. The LGG is so much better than the Artisan.
I've been using the x-ray aqua control for years now. I've had 3 of them due to hyperhydrosis in my hands.
Have any reccomendations for something similiar that has good water resistence?
Even hand cleaning the fibers just don't pop back how they're supposed to
so for a game like marvel rivals what would be the best?
What is that pad under your keyboard? Is that due to desk magnets impacting the magnets on your keyboard?
Good video thanks.
Weight of mouse is a big factor, light mouse on slower pad nice, heavy mouse likes a faster pad for similar result.
Something to keep in mind.
Which model is close to Razer Gigantus V2?
Thank you!
Astro a50 review in the works?
Switched from a Artisan Zero FX to a LGG Saturn Pro. Never went back.
Relatable. Im fortunate to get a lot of pads sent here (and have bought a ton of Artisans) and I shelved all of them when the first Saturn Pro showed up.
I got an Artisan Key83 mid and it feels so much nicer than my zero soft
Dont be afraid to embrace the mud big dawg
I came here to look for a review of the a50 to not find it. I assumed there was a dislike for astro, then to see it on your desk in this video
That beard is on fleek 👌
how did people rename a whole material?
'dad mode'.....good way of describing it
Anyone have the knowledge on whichever one is closest to the zowie GS-R
I play CS2 pretty competively on ESEA. Iv tried ALOT of pads... like alot... I did enjoy the jupiter when I first got it but during long sessions I felt my arm getting pretty tired. I decided to try some faster pads...(venues, mercury, saturn, and Neptune). My main 2 pads are currently Saturn and Neptune. still waiting for the venus pro v2 :c
hearing badseed say no diddy is crazy lmao
