I actually tried this today. With the Mayo. It is seriously the best sweetbread ever. So moist and soft and delicious. Keeping an open mind really turned out perfectly. Thanks for the recipe. My family loves it
I tried this!!! I only adjusted the fruits and filled the batter into muffin tins but kept everything the same. I was apprehensive when I added the mayonnaise (not eggless) because the batter tasted like mayonnaise so I was nervous.... However, Natasha never fails and true to her word. When it came out, it smelled heavenly and when it cooled down, it produced the softest, most moist and delightful sweetbread! I fully recommend adding the mayonnaise, it is a game changer! This recipe is 5 stars!
Made this just now. Omg it is amazing and I dont like sweetbread. My batter didnt come out so thick I think its because I completely melted the butter. You're the best girly!!
Tried this today and oh boy it came out really nice and soft. The cherry essence really topped it off too. I didn't have the mayo though but I must say it taste Ddddddlicious😋😋😋

Hi Nastasha lovely recipe ,great taste but the loaf did not raise . I followed the recipe exactly as posted . What do u think is the cause of this ? Is the flour amount correct?
It could possibly be that the baking powder or baking soda was old. I do not bake often so when I do, I usually repurchase the baking powder and baking soda, you need it as fresh as possible. Hope this helps.......

Less milk or liquid. Ur dough has to be abit stiffer

Too much coconut milk for the flour it. It came out too soft like a cake on the inside. I followed the ingredients.
