As a vegetable grower I totally agree a back up sprayer is a must I have one for herbicides and one for insecticides and fungicides so I am not always washing out the sprayer to go from pre emerge to post emerge spraying which happens often with vegetables and planting fresh crops every few days.

Time to get the kids some sprinkler cans & do it the old fashioned way by hand.
If you get iit down n out clean then wire wheel looks like a great job for some jb weld. Spred on thick and a small chunk of metal to cover the hole it should hold till the new pump is found and shiped. I know to keep the machine clean but a power washer will push moisture in to wire connections and boxes. I have had to fix things more when washed repeatedly. Its your piece of equipment so you do you. I would isolate the spill areas and keap that area clean vs cleaning the hole rig each day of use. Hopefully you can track down the electric issue on that sprayer.

DC. You and Mrs. DC are such fortunate parents to have such wonderful children. Cole and cooper are so awesome being so young and work so hard. Most youngins now days do not want to work. They want every thing for nothing. I have not seen my children since my mothers funeral. And neither of them and none of my grandchildren never even said hello to me. And i was not a bad or abusive parent i did all i vould for them til they pushed me away. Please give the boys and sommer hugs for me. I think they are so awesome hugs karrie from alberta canada

I used to own a Hagie, the repairs were more than the payment. I sold it and now I hire it done. Also any sprayer with a 120' boom will do your 2000 acres with it's eyes closed.

The right pump for me ,would be a Hypro Forcefield stainless steel pump. 1. It has a wet seal that will prevent seal damage if you run it dry. 2. Stainless steel will prevent the internal ware, since you a lot of 32% urea that is very corrosive.
Plus I see you need Flange fittings, that will make installation easy.
We have a 2010 STS10 that wore a hole in the solution pump in that exact same place

Sometimes with a sand hole in a pump casting, Hitting the outside of the hole with a ball peen hammer will close the hole in the casting.

We have 5 sprayers but we farm 68 quarters

Anyway, I xan relate to you DC. It all started when I lost my mom to cancer when I was 11. I'm now 70.....
