To be honest i think they do it on purpose. Was the same in coldwar. If you could unlock these camos in one week nobody would care anymore and nobody would have motivation to play the game. But like this you come back each week to check if you can unlock it
Therefore more people play it in the longrun.

The panzerfaust was actually used as an anti tank weapon and had to to used pretty close up to be effective. It was near impossible to accurately aim it to take out aircraft so in a way the panzerfaust is lore accurate

@I will singlehandedly solve Chinas birthrate issue I mean yeah if you hit a plane it wont matter how thick the armor of a plane is or how fast the rocket is flying it will explode regardless, plus none of the rockets in game were meant for shooting down planes based on the warhead they used. (A HEAT warhead) and how they were used irl for taking out tanks

I just started the Atomic grind. I got Damascus after being inspired by you. I'm so far two weapons (MP40 and Knife) deep and it's still fun now I haven't touched the launchers. Hope it isn't too grueling.

The Panzerfaust was an inexpensive, single shot, recoilless German anti-tank weapon of World War II. It consisted of a small, disposable pre-loaded launch tube firing a high-explosive anti-tank warhead, and was intended to be operated by a single soldier. Jev the launcher was made to hit ground stuff. But because we do not have tanks in caldera or the mp maps what else you suppose to shoot. Dumb launcher to put in game when there no ground artillery. Lol I understand your issue with this.
At this point they could just say it’s a artillery weapon with how dumb the weapons and how non historically accurate the game is.
Lol I mean they also have red dots on guns made in ww2. A technology that wasn't even invented yet they put them in the game. Also the Panzerfaust would be fine in game if they just made it to where the challenges didn't require scorestreak takedowns and instead just asked for straight up kills.

Hey Jev, I worked (past tense) on the dev team, this was one of the weapons I had oversight over.
Around a month before launch, this was actually working while in sandbox testing. They still had no clue what bug was present when I left, as it was *still* working correctly in sandbox

The Panzerfaust was made to be used against Ground targets like tanks.
It a one shot weapon in terms of you shoot it, throw it to the ground and dont look back.
So it makes sense in a way it cant destroy UAVs but then again- its a video game so-

For everyone doing this there's a bugged method which makes the grind MUCH easier:
1. Shoot down 2 UAVs with i.e. an LMG
2. Kill one dog (guard/attack). There's your 3 streaks in one game destroyed!
3. Find a new game
4. Repeat
I gasped in excitement. I’m not anywhere close but excited for jev.
We used to dread joining a match in progress with dogs, now it seems near impossible lol
