we need one for the throw ins, they are dire, takes half the game to take a throw.We need someone who can throw it like Rory Delap, good as a corner sometimes,and gets you half way up the pitch when defending.

Ummm what do you have to do to get a coaching badge in epl these days. Learn how to carry a bag of balls out and put some cones out. I thought the kids at clubs these days are coached from the age of 6 . What is left to coach at 18 or above. Surely if you haven't got it by then you never will. Or perhaps the previous coaching was rubbish which is what i tend to believe. Most players these days don't have all round skills. Most fall apart if theyre on the wrong side of the pitch. And dont get me started on the basic control or trapping of a ball. Rant over.
