I don't think they air blue therapy in Europe 😅.. Haven't heard nor seen it here yet.

Sunscreen is good especially for you because you are light skinned. Pls be consistent with it. (PS: whether dark skinned or light skinned, everyone needs sunscreen). You can try retinoids-Differen adapelene or tretinoin. You can buy from teeka4 on IG
