If not Covid-period, all of cars could be blocked to pass the coastal road after about 5 p.m. from July to April. At that time Gwanganli coast looks like club party, and is full of people & music, citizens walking coast, many coffee shops & restaurants... Many people are enjoying the hot Summer until a late night. Foreigners too.
