Im from chile, And this same bottle can be bought without any discount at around 9-10 USD in any supermarket. And when you find it in the supermarket during wine sales its just 7,50 USD.
I fell in love with it too. One of my cousin brought It for movie night and I was like wow this is some good wine and I don't know much about wine but this one I was like its different and it's good so from there onwards I have been hooked
You need a bigger bowl in the glass and let it breathe for a while or you're not going to release the notes etc! Didnt see this was from 6 years ago haha, maybe you know better now 🙏
Way too oaky. Paid approx $12.50 USD here in Mexico just now (looking for a steak wine). The oak throws the balance way out of wack as well. My 2 cents ... Maybe a H3 red wine from Columbia Crest in WA would far better when on sale for some USA folks.
They make several varietal versions under the H3 brand... Cab, Merlot, Blends under the H3 label. Always good, sometimes very good .... plus if you can find them at Costco just a great value. With several varietals you should be able to find one that will be on your daily daily drinker rotation. Make sure to try then with about 30 minutes of air vs a pnp if possible.
Un gringo hablando de un vino nuestrovino chileno jaaa lástima que el gringo no puso subtitulo para saber que decia jaaaa he comprado reserva privada y lad veces que lo he comprado sigue gustando y lo seguire comprando 😆
It's tricky to find a red that doesn't present too much oak. I'd stay clear of the very hearty varietals like Cabernet and Malbec. Pinot Noir, Syrah, or Beaujolais Cru will be safe bets.

Tô para comprar uma garrafa para experimentar, só me tira uma dúvida, ele é seco, ou aquele meio termo ? não gosto de vinho seco.
Thank you for the review!

The glory of RUclips, right? It doesn't clearly show you how old the video is unless you hunt for it.

+Jeff Smith I can't recall if I've had the H3. I'll have to try it (again?)

Lo siento, pero soy demasiado pobre para pagar un servicio de subtítulos. Espero que eso cambie en el futuro. ¡Salud!
I don't like the taste of oak in wine or wine so sour that you pucker. I only drink red wine
