    I ran across this build more than a year ago. You had 2 videos posted. I watched them and then stopped so I could binge them like Netflix. I have really enjoyed the last two days. Great work. Nice attention to detail. I will be taking on the same project soon. I promised my wife I would buy her one for college graduation. She was a stay at home mom for our two sons for ten years. Gave up her career for us. So leadt I can do is build her the dream car. Plus my sons are 12 and 9 so it will be good for them to learn and great memories for me. Im sure they will have stories to tell about dad throwing tools and dropping the f-bomb. All in good fun. Thanks for the videos.

    As a safety professional for over 35 years, I want to commend you for giving a brief safety talk on the use of respirators and the use of organic vapor filters.
    For everyone; respirator fit is also important and make sure you are clean shaven so you have a proper seal between the respirator and your face. Also make sure you clean the respirator before and after use. Keep up the good work.

    I’d say after it’s running and driving I’d put efi on it to make it more practical. But I’d enjoy it for awhile before taking it apart again

      I've thought about that, but I've heard of so many people having issues with EFI. Any recommendations? I always see people using Holley Sniper systems.

    Curious what compressor you’re running. I have plans to do some paint jobs and I was looking at getting a Fortress 27 gal compressor.

    • @VanHoutenBuilds
      @VanHoutenBuilds  3 месяца назад

      That's exactly what I'm using, the Fortress 27 Gallon, 200 PSI. It seems to be keeping ok so far as long as you bump the pressure down on the air tank output and then set a pressure gauge at the end of the line to bring it down even lower.

      @@VanHoutenBuildsgreat thanks. It’s looking great I’d love to have a 67-68 mustang someday. Right now I’m working on an 84 jeep j10
