New to the hobby and I just found your channel. Your videos are by far the most helpful I’ve regarding 3d printing. Thank you for the info it’s made the process so much easier.
Good things take time. I am going to continue to make content that supports my goal of learning together. Then if my viewers share the channel link with other people I will continue to grow.
Your videos are amazing. I have watched about 5 so far and have learned more than the entire year I have had my 3d printer. Thank you for the great videos you put out.
This is so informative for someone like me relatively new to the 3D printing world. Always defaulted to Thingiverse but now have a broader spectrum of sites to visit. Look forward to your next videos as I am an addicted fan and can't for what's to come. Respect maker.
Thanks. Please feel free to suggest future video topics. I cannot commit to doing them right away but feedback from my viewers is critical to producing the right videos. Let's keep learning together.
"Lets learn something together" is so inspiring, had my Ender 3 for about six months and just starting to explore the greater awesome world of 3D printing and the community that surrounds it. Please keep doing what you are doing.
Hi Dr Vax, I found you channel today and I liking it a lot, however, I just to mention that when I went to one of the websites you suggested, stlhive, Norton's on my computer blocked that website, stating that it was Dangerous. I haven't looked into this warning any further, but I'd thought it was worth a mention. Thanks again for this video, I found it very useful.
Hello there Dr. Vax. I found your channel today, and I like it. Informative for someone like me, who is yet to purchase a printer in couple of days (Creality CR-10-S4). I didn't go through all of your videos yet, so I will ask. Have you ever printed a helmet in one piece? And without any supports on the inside? PS. 1:53 made me laugh xD You are a quite joyful person, what makes the videos even better ^^ Greetings from Poland!
I have not. Not even sure it is possible. Why not print it as two halves and then glue it together. If you are going to paint it you can cover the glue line with primer and sand it out.
@@MakeWithTech Oh, it is possible to print it without supports under the top dome. Other parts like the visor for example need some support. It's a Phase 2 Clone Trooper helmet. I found a free print. Maybe you can try to make one? Either whole or cut in parts. Star Wars 3D prints are quite popular, and maybe that would be a good video for the views :)
Thingiverse Search SUCKS! Yeggi is my go-to place to find a model. But Recently I've been just designing my own stuff because I need a perfect fit on FUSION 360 which is free.

Thanks for sharing. I am also a big fan of fusion 360 but it is a bit complex for some of my viewers.
