- Emily is an LDS mother and author with 4 grown married children (and one highschooler still at home). Nish is a Non-denominational Christian with 2 small children and a husband who came to plant a church in Emily's community. Their unconventional friendships is the result of mutual curiosity, rock-solid faith, and a willingness to believe that they have something to learn from each other...without an agenda. Shown at the 2016 Time Out for Women events.
My best friend of over 30 years has watched me become active in the church after being inactive since 1987. She said she's never seen me so happy and fulfilled. It's lead to some interesting discussions.
Love this so much! One of my favorite things when I lived in MD was attending a CBS with a neighborhood friend. I was so impressed with the knowledge and understanding my CBS friends had of the Bible and it still inspires me to dig deeper in my own scripture study.
Thank you. So refreshing to see we really can find common ground when we truly just love one another.
So sweet. Thank you for sharing
My wife and I LOVED this exchange. Good on you both. Good examples of what the savior would have done. Trying to understand each other is vital. I love our Bible believing friends and their deep devotion to Jesus. I love how they are not afraid to pray over their food at restaurants
I found this clip sooooo refreshing. Thanks for sharing. LOVED it.
Watching this little clip from TOFW, it finally clicked - when I need a "time out" for whatever reason, a TOFW clip is a good thing to listen to!!! I just made a new playlist in RUclips just for "Time Out!" :)
Love this! You guys are so cute.
Yepee for you
Or how they say “have a blessed day”.
