  • Colon cancer, although considered an older man's disease, can strike anyone at any time. The hard reality: you're never too young for colon cancer. That's why we've joined with Bowel Cancer UK and the Colon Cancer Prevention Project to launch the international Never Too Young campaign, providing a platform for all people, not just those over the recommended screening age of 50, to take control of their health and their destinies.
Learn the newfound trends, hear from the people we've met and find out how you can help incite change at www.nevertooyoung.org. #never2young

I am a colon cancer survivor. I was diagnosed at 50. I hated the chemo but in the end they saved my life. There was never any history of colon cancer in my family tree so I was the first. I have alerted my children to start screening early to avoid a delayed diagnoses. It all started with a positive PSA test and everyone should start there soon.

I am a colorectal cancer SURVIVOR!!! I was diagnosed at age 48. No family history. Was told from doctor that probably nothing to worry about I was too young and with no family history everything should be okay!!! Then the office called and wanted me to come in to "discuss" the results. Gulp. That's never a good sign. YOU HAVE RECTAL CANCER. I was told. YOUR NEVER TOO YOUNG.!!!!
