"Oh God, what to think of life? Why are we so complex when we can be happy with the simplest?
I am happy in my little garden, to see the flowers grow, the leaves fall, the greenery, the colors of the plants, it feels peaceful when I am there.
I am happy in the back room while I sew and do something nice with my hands, I am satisfied. There is no one who contradicts me. If something in the craft goes wrong, I just put it aside and pick it up later, when I have matured the idea.
I am happy when I read, because I am transported to other places and to other circumstances. My imagination flies and recreates images and situations that I am reading.
I am happy when I go out with my children even to run errands.
I am happy when my children give me nice surprises.
I am happy when I make food from time to time and I do it with love and it is delicious.
I am happy when the house dogs greet me: Bodoque, Aimi and Tony.
I am happy when I am busy and focused on something that I like.
I am happy when my children come home well.
I am happy when I gift any of the crafts.
I am happy when I can help and solve.
I am happy when I listen to music.
I am happy when it rains and I am at home to enjoy the waterfall.
I am happy with simple, sincere, humble, direct things, without so many entanglements.
I am happy if I paint with colors.
I am happy when I play on the computer and overcome challenges.
I am glad when the people around me are happy and well."
