One of my best purchase of 2020. There is this sweet resinous note in the drydowwn that lasts for ages and drives me insane. It is so good... Total masterpiece for me...
Great review as always. I get a mix between Dior Sauvage edt & Eau Sauvage Parfum 2017 from this fragrance. Really enjoyable scent.

Hi Joy. I think the frag you were looking for is Davidoff Silver Shadow Altitude. Yep, it does have a great juniper note. overlooked gem.

As far as I know, at least here in France one pronounces the 'CH' in Rochas, I guess more like the 'SH' in English.
Is it not more like “rohas”?

@@NotstarvinMarvin No it's a French name. Marcel Rochas was a French fashion designer. It's also quite a common name in France particularly in the Alps region.

Vert good vidéo Joy. Thank you for sharing your thoughts. This one is on my radar for some time, I've been hesitating but you convinced me. I will buy it, besides it's a cheapy here in France. Otherwise for the pronunciation of the brand Rochas it is RO - SHA (like beginding of "SHAdow" and you DON'T pronunce the final 'S' ) 😁
Just a personal story - I have bought and used Rochas, the original one (bottle represents a cut glass) way back when I was living in Switzerland, without knowing it even, was kind of a bind buy.
Still loving the memory and would LOVE to have it again x

Dylan's blue is probably the best out of the 3 in my opinion but I haven't worn l'homme as much as I would have liked to but just going off initial impressions

Rochas has been related alot to D&G K line
The opening to me, smells similar to root beer lol
Suffice to say, I'm not a big fan. It smells pretty similar to K by Dolce and Gabbana to my nose

This does not smell anything like Cool Water Intense...not even close. Its Amber Coconut. L'homme Rochas is a Juniper Berry, Cardamom and Tonka Bean scent.
Rochas is more of an Independent house but not a Designer House. I think the price point is the reason people say it's a Designer House..
No, its not a great frag. Do not get into hype guys. I too got this blind. My bottle sas sold and re sold 10 times in the community. If you want a 100 times bezter frag with slight resemblence... get K EDP. This is Y combined with some Cllo Water Intense. But its not that good. Those two are better.
This smells way better than K to me but I guess everyone's different
It's a good scent but it's not very in depth and imo fits a weird season. It's a blue but it definitely feels like it's for cooler weather
Joy, love your channel but I have a small constructive criticism. Your intros tend to be too long and off tangent. Maybe try keeping them concise and straight to the point.
