- In this video join me as I attempt to make a Dosa stall at home. We recently wanted to eat a family ghee roast dosa but we didn't find the crispiness we expected in the dosa and we decided to make that dosa right at home. I have seasoned the cast iron griddle with flax seed oil but any oil with neutral flavor and a high smoke point will work. I was surprised to get such good results with one day of seasoning. We also made some parottas for dinner.

I have seen many many cooking videos of famous tamil female you tubers ....Steffi is the only person who never said "Ellarum kekaraanga" as if people r watching their videos all day .she never said that ...she hardly speaks abt herself...she speaks only abt the topic...and so humble...precise ...in simple words so that everyone could understand..down to earth...NO HEADWEIGHT ..simple and sweet ...NO BLAH BLAH straight to the point... u r absolutely a sweet person Steffi maam...your daughter and ur husband r quite lucky 🙏👍
