Smuggler’s Cove beach is where ‘Cap’ guests love to relax during the day. It provides a “toes in the sand” moment, while listening to the gentle lapping of the waves, or watching stunning sunsets. The “Naked Fisherman” is located right on the beach under a thatched Caribbean style roof, with a state-of-the art B-B-Q and grill. The atmosphere is less formal than the Cliff, but the food is taken just as seriously.
The business of cooking fresh juicy steaks, ribs and fresh locally caught Snapper, Grouper and Dorado deserves the best attention of our kitchen brigade.
