Surprised to see international viewers viewing Chinese content. Normally, I wouldn't expect people from the West get really interested. Because every time when I eat out, I almost certainly have to be very careful on picking my food if I go out with my white friends. If I go out with my Asian friends, I would not care much (unless you're Asian American that is, and you're like interested in contents similar to the Fong brothers and are more accustomed and familiar with different Chinese food from different regions). There are a couple of Channels out there such as Canto Mando, Fong Brothers, Blondie in China and My name is Andong (my favourite German RUclipsr) that targets English viewers.
@@rollingdownfalling A lot of American's love chinese food although a lot of it is also not authentic 😅. I was born in the US and I am half cantonese, but Ninnin's channel is pretty much the only chinese content I watch, her in Laws are so nice! I just found her channel by chance and decided to watch it, now I've seen pretty much all of her videos. Because of her videos I know what eggplant in German is now haha.
@rollingdownfalling I know it as eggplant here, no one I know of has referred to it as Aubergine. Maybe calling it Eggplant is a American thing? Idk but at the store it is labled as eggplant.
