    To all you young people, ALWAYS have a Map with you, especially in an area you are visiting for the first time, and you don't know the area.
    You can't "always" expect Google to help you. Just a Motherly suggestion. 🤗🥰💖💞

    • @Sannsat
      @Sannsat 4 года назад +3

      I hate how high tech is taking over. So if I were ever to go anywhere I would definitely bring a map. Technology can mess up and if you're somewhere far from town, you would be screwed. So I agree with your advice!

    • @traviseastlick5342
      @traviseastlick5342 4 года назад +4

      This might require learning more about maps and all the symbols. It's best to think that you may have to draw the maps out yourself one day so it's best to learn how to do things the way we did, memory or draw a map of the land as you go and learn tree markings.

    • @jennag3226
      @jennag3226 4 года назад +3

      Problem is, a lot of young people don't know how to read an actual map...just like they don't know how to read an analogue clock ⏰ or write in cursive.

    • @traviseastlick5342
      @traviseastlick5342 4 года назад +5

      @@jennag3226 they're not being taught how to write in cursive because somebody doesn't want them to know their constitutional rights. People are already trying to say that that is a forgotten history that doesn't apply. That's what happens when Democrats go to India and adept Hinduism as a form of human rights.

    • @jennag3226
      @jennag3226 4 года назад +3

      @@traviseastlick5342 Its 1984 only almost 30 years later. Pc culture and hate speech amount to the degredation of free speech and younger generations are taking it upon themselves to be the thought police with things like "cancel culture" and they're indoctrinated into socialism their entire time spent in the educational system, especially at college. The sadest part is that they don't just not know their rights, they don't care. I saw a vid with a leftist being interviewed bc he was trying to keep ben Shapiro from speaking at his campus. He was asked "what about Bens right to free speech?" His answer was "I don't care about that, its time that was revised." I used to be a full blown Democrat and then i met my bf and i decided to be open minded and listen to his pov, as he did me and to watch vids from the right side perspective...guess what side i ended up on after taking all sides into account and viewing things more objectively rather than through my emotions only? #walkaway

    Yup I have been less than 3 feet from black bear, maybe 20 ft from mountain lion, 100 ft from bobcat, 20ft coyotes, 5 feet wolf. Most don't bother just give a glance, the black bear didn't even move just sat there, I think someone may have been feeding it. Usually they run away. Beautiful animals but just give them respect and don't take selfies with them or cuddle the babies. Great stories and narration, thanks really enjoyed these.Last story seems more like dimension slip or time slip more than shapeshifter IMO.
    Don't really have a favorite nat. park, they all have their own unique experience.

    A tip to those who go Camping, buy a portable potty. We have gone Camping soooooo many times, that said, because I hate having to go to the Bathroom early in the morning when it is still dark, and hours before daylight.
    We bought the portable potty, one for each Tent, especially when there are little Children etc.
    It is onvenient, and the perfect size to fit inside your Tent. It also has a cover that seals securely so you don't have to worry about tipping it over and spilling.
    Just a 411 for all Campers.

    I haven't been to many national parks, but Badlands National Park can be thought of as a back yard or neighbor, & Black Hills National Park is home. I'm the kind that needs that kind of stability. Plus there's just something about it. History, that call of the void, ghost towns, caves. Welp, homesick again 😅

    If you ever walked off the beaten path and visited non inhabited areas, you have walked among them and if they were trying to kill anybody,by the time you realized you was not alone, you could have already been killed if that is what they were wanting to do. I have seen with my personal experience the way they conduct themselves and they have a firm belief in the round world effect. You will get the same amount of respect that you give them.

      @@kingant2704 no, the are as real as we are but in the reality of the natural world. I witnessed amazing physical abilities they are able to do. I one that was the oldest child of a group that ran from directly in front of me and took the long way around to come up behind me and my girlfriend. This small guy about 8 or 9 foot run full speed where each bounding leap was at least 50 foot and then dive down a long sloping hillside another 150- 200 foot, all the way to the bottom, landing on both hands and instantly powering out of the steep grade with his arms and then powering out with his legs. The hands seemed to have been already off the ground by the time he was powering through the sudden change in the grade of the land without any hesitation. Nothing moves as fast or is as strong as they are. The only way to alleviate all the myths and legends is to coexist with them. It is easier to explain that government and religion would rather you not know that we are descendants of a living prehistoric ancestor and they live by the law of the land. Living dinosaurs are supposed to be protected but if they keep itas a myth then who would actually care besides a small amount of people that will never get the time of day on the news. Governments are very interested in keeping religions as a reliable support system in controlling the population. Every religion is ran like a frat house "in the executive positions"and it goes the same way with anyone who thinks they have power over any population, (God complex). Jesus was teaching to pay for three days because no man woman or book can bring you the word of God, I have never been told by a preacher about how to seek and find enlightenment, only pointed to the direction of their donation basket.
