Depends on country you are going.
If it's Canada you may need almost 30lakhs (including course fee, visa, bank balance to show etc)
Anyway it may require on an average of 25-40.
But there are different scholarships that help you a lot. You can explore them in RUclips or Google or santamonica (or any other agencies).
There are countries where you can study in government colleges where you need no money. You can explore it too.
