Gabriel Mec is by far the best Brazilian talent I've seen since Neymar. Estevao is ok, but his kid reminds me of Ronaldo and Ronaldinho, with the exception that he is of a very minute frame. But the body control, the feints, the ball control they are better than many players I've seen in the Premier league, he just needs to put some muscle up and he will be unstoppable.
