Maybe we have been making up excuses to cover the feeling of guilt because we didnt perform as we expected to do so. But all you had to do was keep it small and simple and over time increase the workload based on self reflection. But of course, we must not let our ego and arrogance control us, as it would make us more less honest not only to ourselves but to others as well.
