tanqr here's a video idea in the patch notes they said something on the lines of "tier 50 kit?" that means if you use a tier 50 kit and another person uses another tier 50 kit you do 10% more damage to them with your ability for example if i use a elektra dash against another elektra i would do 10% more damage to them and they would also do 10% more damage to me
