In this video, I am sharing with you my recipe of Steamed Rice Rotis or Ukadichi Bhakri
Ingredients:
Rice Flour - 1 cup
Water - 1 cup
Oil - 1 Tsp
Salt to taste
Hello HungryHeads! This is my first ever recipe video on the channel that makes me excited but also nervous. While I have spent hours and hours watching cooking channels and learning from them, I feel underconfident in sharing a recipe. I adore cooking and spend a lot of time in the kitchen, lockdown or no lockdown. This is the first time I decided to shoot a guided recipe video. I hope you enjoy it. I am looking forward to some constructive feedback! Stay indoors and stay safe.
