Guys why is this song bad?
@@philmappzau8644 Its really not that bad. I mean its a lover auto tuned. But basically all music is. The singing is very meh. And well its just kinda a boring musically.
But so is most of pop music. And in some ways it is unique. There are not a lot of pop songs about things other than relationships. It is super relatable. There is also something kinda cool about the way the song has this tired feeling too it. Like the lyrics are all about being excited and hopeful but the tune feels like someone who is just too exhausted by work to do anything with that weekend. I am not sure its intentional but I always thought it was a cool effect.
It is kinda famous to hate because it came out around the same time as a whole bunch of people realized you could use video and audio editing software to pump out professional feeling pip music videos with basically no effort by outsourcing the production.And you could just put them on youtube without a record label. People just happened to latch on to this one to attack the genre.
